Trevor Scott My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.

Tari Griebel Loved this little shop. Bought a pair of handmade linen pants. The employee working there was kind, quirky and awesome. Definitely recommend this little spot!

Jesse Logan I don’t need to say much. However, if I didn’t leave a comment of the fairness, respect and trust I have in this shop, I would be doing a disservice to the entire community of investors and collectors. This shop is phenomenal in every way. Give them a shot! Just call and ask what you want or want to sell they will work with you. Or bring it in and they will help! David Lee We purchased some lovely earrings at Ben Bridge Jeweler at Alderwood Mall a few years back. Recently went back to work with Katy on the purchase of a Rolex Oyster Perpetual. We selected this model in a shade of green. Katy made the purchase easy, friendly and fun. I feel very welcomed every time I go in.

Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable and gave me a fair price for my items. Will Definitely come back here next time, and would recommend them to anyone looking.

First of the vibes are exquisite; some light jazz playing, well lit but not to the point I feel like Im in the operating room, the most kind staff helped direct us and find some lovely things to go home with. Paola Cervantes WELL MADE.. GORGEOUS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Words cant even begin to describe how perfect this ring is. It exceeded my expectations.. They choose the most beautiful stones and intuitively knew what would be right for me. My ring came quickly even during this pandemic. My dog recently died unexpectedly and I wanted a small ring with some flash to remind me of the light she brought and continues to carry into my life. There is light at the end of the darkness. Communication with team was quick and delightful. I highly recommend their products and when possible, I will be a returning customer.
