1 /5 Dominique L Ayers: Like most places since Covid, this one seriously lacks customer service the moment you hand over your payment. My engagement ring has been missing for almost two weeks. We dropped it off on 4/5 and were reassured it would be repaired and delivered by 4/9.
They advise you to be home to receive the package to avoid theft, but give you ZERO communication about when it will actually be delivered. It’s now 4/17, and I still don’t have it. The local store has been useless, saying, “We have a lot of packages and can’t locate it right now.”
I didn’t receive any helpful information until I spent an hour on the phone with their corporate office. I also have a ring waiting to be picked up at their sister store, Zales—don’t even get me started on that place—which I will be returning.
I refuse to reward and pay for horrible customer service. Never shopping here again. My advice: buy local and avoid corporate America
