1 /5 Gaetano Diaz: We first came in to purchase a wedding band in time for our wedding in Mexico. The first employee that helped us showed no interest in the reason why we wanted to use them for our business. She rushed us and provided the wrong ring sizing measurement making the ring practically unwearable. We came back to get it resized in time for our trip… which didn’t happen. They never properly submitted our order causing us to wait for nothing due to their negligence. When we decided to finally just get a refund, the manager tried to not provide the entire refund. I would not recommend doing business with Jared.

1 /5 Dominique L Ayers: Like most places since Covid, this one seriously lacks customer service the moment you hand over your payment. My engagement ring has been missing for almost two weeks. We dropped it off on 4/5 and were reassured it would be repaired and delivered by 4/9. They advise you to be home to receive the package to avoid theft, but give you ZERO communication about when it will actually be delivered. It’s now 4/17, and I still don’t have it. The local store has been useless, saying, “We have a lot of packages and can’t locate it right now.” I didn’t receive any helpful information until I spent an hour on the phone with their corporate office. I also have a ring waiting to be picked up at their sister store, Zales—don’t even get me started on that place—which I will be returning. I refuse to reward and pay for horrible customer service. Never shopping here again. My advice: buy local and avoid corporate America

1 /5 Adam Ybarra: Do not visit this store! My wife and I were shopping for a custom jeweler to upgrade the stones in her engagement ring. It took us several attempts to explain what we wanted and the quote we got was suspiciously low without explanation. Upon going to the next jeweler, he could see where the employee at Jared had damaged our ring by prying up the settings of multiple stones. This place sketched us out when we arrived and now we know why. Stay away from here!

5 /5 Rob Schnell: I have had nothing but good experiences with Jared. Pricing seams fair shopping around. They have repaired at no cost and no wait on a couple items including a broken necklace clasp. Free jewelry cleaning in the Sonic cleaner and steamer. I never feel pressured when I stop in to get jewelry cleaned and checked. They always have coffee and bottled water available.

5 /5 Trevor Scott: My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.
