I cannot say enough about the entire staff here. If you go anywhere else for your buying and selling of coins, gold and silver, No one is better then Tri-City Coin and Vault. We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. Best advice and helping us get the whole "look" together and knowledgable about everything... to inclue sizes and whats in stock. Thank you ladies!

Lyle Harry I,ve made several appointments to sell some coins over the last few weeks and have only god things to say about the staff at the Tacoma location. They are punctual and greet and treat me with respect. They are very courteous and take the time to explain each transaction. I have enjoyed dealing with them and I know I am receiving a fair price for my coins.

Staff was patient and thoughtful in helping me look for something. Dani specifically helped me find the one. She listened to what I was looking for and was looking all over the display case to find me one I would like. Overall, great experience and I will be back!

Teo Kaiba Just got my nose pierced on 7/25/25. I called back same day to try and report that the ring came out and that the hole closed that quickly. I ended up having to get it re-pierced somewhere else. I called back the next day and they agreed to a refund but said I needed to wait until a manager came in. I haven’t received a call yet. I’ve called a dozen times at this point and have gotten no answer. I did think because it was a jewelry store that this was a good choice. Clearly not. Even Claire’s does a better job.

GP Ford My wife had a stone come out of her wedding ring, same one that had a stone come out in 2020 so today I called FM Jewelers Sumner and asked for the manager. Aisha Reyes came to the phone to listened to my complaint. Then, instead of getting excuses and runaround I was told to bring in the problem jewelry and she would make it right. I met with Aisha Reyes at the Sumner FM Jewelers later that day, about a repair to my wife wedding ring from June 2020 that needed to be repaired again. Aisha looked up my account and found my past purchase history and said that I had already purchased the lifetime jewelry care plan and should have never been charged for the repair in 2020. (I was charged for a repair that I should not have been charged for) She then promptly refunded my money for the repair right then and there. Also, she quickly offered to make the repairs again at no cost to me. I have not ever had such great service before. She listened, she investigated, and then she did what she said she was going to do...and she made it right! I am extremely impressed and I will definitely recommend Aisha Reyes and Fred Meyer Jewelers Sumner to anyone. This is a five star review. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I will buy there again!

Rachel Tiffany Diamonds and Pounders is a girls best friend! The staff here has always been so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have been a customer here for years and I can confidently say that this is the best jewelry store in Spokane. They have all my jewelry needs and service them so well.
