Michelle Bush This was my first time in a pawn shop and I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a couple of friendly employees. They were helpful and answered all my questions so I able to conduct my business in a timely manner and go about my day. The store was well organized, and very clean. I definitely will go back.

GP Ford My wife had a stone come out of her wedding ring, same one that had a stone come out in 2020 so today I called FM Jewelers Sumner and asked for the manager. Aisha Reyes came to the phone to listened to my complaint. Then, instead of getting excuses and runaround I was told to bring in the problem jewelry and she would make it right. I met with Aisha Reyes at the Sumner FM Jewelers later that day, about a repair to my wife wedding ring from June 2020 that needed to be repaired again. Aisha looked up my account and found my past purchase history and said that I had already purchased the lifetime jewelry care plan and should have never been charged for the repair in 2020. (I was charged for a repair that I should not have been charged for) She then promptly refunded my money for the repair right then and there. Also, she quickly offered to make the repairs again at no cost to me. I have not ever had such great service before. She listened, she investigated, and then she did what she said she was going to do...and she made it right! I am extremely impressed and I will definitely recommend Aisha Reyes and Fred Meyer Jewelers Sumner to anyone. This is a five star review. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I will buy there again!

I purchased a stunning diamond set, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional, and the design is elegant yet timeless. The store itself has a beautiful ambiance, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless shopping experience. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for exquisite jewelry and top-notch customer service!

Olivia Lyons A great shop with incredibly helpful staff. I visited Alvin Goldfarb Jewler for the first time about two weeks ago, looking to purchase a new watch. It was a relatively new model and a pretty popular one at that, so stock was pretty much non-existent in the area. Chatted with Mark for a while about my interest and left my information in the event that one became available. Fast forward a couple days, I received the call that the watch had arrived in stock. Made my way back to the shop a couple days later and purchased the amazing Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT that I’d been looking for! Super welcoming environment, again very kind staff—Mark was personable, kind, and so helpful in showing me the features of the watch. This is truly a top tier jeweler.

Glenn Karrmann What a fantastic experience!!! As an amateur horologist I found the level of knowledge possessed and shared by the entire team at Ben Bridge Silverdale to be extraordinary! They have a nice variety of watches ranging from G-Shock and Tissot in house and access to other brands upon request. My personal jeweler was Mx. Michelle Mensinger who was phenomenal and will have my business for years to come. Go see her and find the watch of your dreams.

The Barbos We LOVE Super Silver! The jewelry is gorgeous and the prices are fantastic. My family has been shopping with them for years. I always stop in for my birthday every year and pick out something special. The people are amazing! So friendly and always helpful.
