1 /5 j a: Went to looks at rings with Kim. Found one that we really liked and an accent band that looked great with it, but we wanted to see what it looked like with another band. They ordered it and called me two days ago, I came in today (on my day off) to look at it with my girlfriend and have her try them on. Kim was there messing with some paperwork and the other teller was busy with a customer. I made eye contact with Kim (I was sitting down with my girlfriend waiting patiently for her to finish with her paperwork. As another two customers walk in she says to me that she will be with us in a minute, she then proceeds to help the people that had just walked in instead of us even though we had already been waiting for about 10 minutes. After Kim was finally done making her sale, she finally came over to help us. I gave her the card she gave us with the information for the rings we wanted to see and she told us that "They were beautiful, but because you didnt come in right away we sold both of them to someone else." Atrocious customer service on all levels, taking my business elsewhere.
