Fred Meyer Jewelers - Sumner (WA)

1 /5 j a: Went to looks at rings with Kim. Found one that we really liked and an accent band that looked great with it, but we wanted to see what it looked like with another band. They ordered it and called me two days ago, I came in today (on my day off) to look at it with my girlfriend and have her try them on. Kim was there messing with some paperwork and the other teller was busy with a customer. I made eye contact with Kim (I was sitting down with my girlfriend waiting patiently for her to finish with her paperwork. As another two customers walk in she says to me that she will be with us in a minute, she then proceeds to help the people that had just walked in instead of us even though we had already been waiting for about 10 minutes. After Kim was finally done making her sale, she finally came over to help us. I gave her the card she gave us with the information for the rings we wanted to see and she told us that "They were beautiful, but because you didnt come in right away we sold both of them to someone else." Atrocious customer service on all levels, taking my business elsewhere.

1 /5 Benine Georgia: I’m trying to get one of my pieces of jewelry that I purchased from Fred Meyer’s repaired at the Sumner Fred Meyer jewelers and their Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced in a jewelry store.

5 /5 GP Ford: My wife had a stone come out of her wedding ring, same one that had a stone come out in 2020 so today I called FM Jewelers Sumner and asked for the manager. Aisha Reyes came to the phone to listened to my complaint. Then, instead of getting excuses and runaround I was told to bring in the problem jewelry and she would make it right. I met with Aisha Reyes at the Sumner FM Jewelers later that day, about a repair to my wife wedding ring from June 2020 that needed to be repaired again. Aisha looked up my account and found my past purchase history and said that I had already purchased the lifetime jewelry care plan and should have never been charged for the repair in 2020. (I was charged for a repair that I should not have been charged for) She then promptly refunded my money for the repair right then and there. Also, she quickly offered to make the repairs again at no cost to me. I have not ever had such great service before. She listened, she investigated, and then she did what she said she was going to do...and she made it right! I am extremely impressed and I will definitely recommend Aisha Reyes and Fred Meyer Jewelers Sumner to anyone. This is a five star review. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I will buy there again!

5 /5 Rosalene Mullins: Jennifer was great. Very knowledgeable about the different mens wedding rings. We told her what we were looking for and she showed it to us and then had some other great suggestions because SHE LISTENED to our concerns about a typical gold wedding ring and being prone to causing finger damage and showed us some other safer options which were actually less costly as well! So we got something different than we went in for and left super happy with a safer tungsten ring that is also a bit more stylish as well. We are very happy with their selection and for sure super happy with the service! Please give them a try!

1 /5 Megan Serna: Horrible customer service, made multiple mistakes with resizing of my ring, and quoted me incorrectly two times. I had to call you if my ring was ready for pick up, they didn’t even call to let me know it was ready and on top of that I had to pay an extra $150 because they messed up. What makes it worse is that they are the ones that made the mistakes and I have to pay for it, I will never go back to this store again! I would recommend not working with Jennifer or anyone at that store.
