michael thomas Let me just say thank you to you guys for going above and beyond for me. I had a stainless steal necklace that was given to me by a student, as I am a boxing coach this meant a lot to me. The neckless in no way expensive, however it means a lot to me . My sons dog jumped up on me and his paw grabbed the necklace and a link in the chain broke. Fred Meyer jewelers in Kennewick went above and beyond to fix the necklace and they did it for free. I feel blessed as the necklace has sentimental value and is something I will keep forever. So again a giant thank you and if anyone needs a good jewelry store with great staff this is the one to go too..

Thanks to Marci Jewelry, my dream ring—a stunning band with blue sapphires and a diamond pavé—was ready in my size, in time for a magical proposal I’ll never forget. We were so happy with the experience that we came back to Marci for my wedding ring. Jonathan once again went above and beyond, helping us personalize my band to match perfectly with the engagement ring. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire process so special. The moment where he used a sharpie pen to color the stone to show me how it would actually look had my heart. Marci Jewelry truly offers not only beautiful pieces but also exceptional service. I highly recommend them—and especially Jonathan!

L C Very helpful customer service from Jasmin recently. I picked out a really cute necklace at a good price. They do ear piercings here, and the layout definitely reminded me of a Claires store. I would definitely return to this location for small, inexpensive, jewelry items and fashion accessories.

alHalwima This has the equivalent of an entire gem fairs worth of gemstones, minerals, and fossils and is the largest store of its kind for many miles around. The owners are extremely knowledgeable about their inventory as well. Highly recommend. Because the store is so huge, if youre looking for something, theres a 99% chance theyll have it or something like it.

Laurel Poole We had an all-around great experience selecting our wedding rings at this Fred Meyer Jeweler! Andrea was so patient and made it fun while trying on many different options. Lori, the manager, and Andrea also worked with us to find the best deal without sacrificing the styles we wanted, which we really appreciated. My partner and I have also been back several times for both ring re-sizings and cleanings, and the process has been seamless! Would highly recommend this Jewelers.

JOSHUA PELLOW I have always had a pleasant experience with everyone at Pandora Bellevue. And today was no different, I work in Bellevue and I don’t always have the time to browse and shop simultaneously on my visits, so the BOPIS option is excellent, I placed my order in the morning and by early afternoon I came in to collect the charms I selected, above and beyond service! My order wasn’t ready but the lovely lady who assisted me picked them and wrapped them beautifully. She asked me how long I had been collection and I said since 2013, and she was pleasantly impressed! Which made me feel valued in and as a returning customer. Pandora for me is like a candy shop, haha! It’s always sweet to pick up something shiny that brightens my day! Thank you team Bellevue! ❤️
