Wanted us to just drop off grandmas ring with them without giving us a clue what it would cost to fix and no offer of stone options.. No thank you we will go to the jewelry store down by the water and Antonys Hearthfire. Unbelievably rude she just wanted her ring fixed and was ready to buy a diamond and you missed it!!!

Chris Saunders Stopped in here while on a weekend getaway doing a pawn shop tour of the area. This was the 2nd stop of the weekend and was met with a great selection of jewelry and they had the chain I was looking for. Decided to come back at the end of the day and make an offer. With respectful negotiations I made the purchase and decided to make an offer on another necklace. Fair negotiation again! Would highly recommend you stop in and take a look around! I will stop by again when driving through the area!

Once I figured it out, I was able to coordinate with Kris from across the state on the design. With this, Garlands custom made a flawless, beautiful, one of a kind piece. I cannot express how seamless it was to work with Kris and James from out of town— I couldn’t have had a better experience and the ring turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!

They always provided helpful guidance, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The price also seemed fair and comparable to larger jewelers, even with the more personalized service and custom design. My fiancée loves the ring, and we plan to return here for any future pieces!
