Stacy Harrell Rick is the best. Ive bought several of his original pieces and take stuff up to repair. He doesnt do watch band replacement but said if I found one, hed put in on for me. He measured and told me the size and I ordered one from Amazon. Went up and he popped it on for me. Didnt wanna charge me. I insisted he get a cup of coffee at least...on me. Great guy and old school craftsman. Thanks buddy. Mickeys happy with his new band.

Chelsea Borror Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!

Dommy Dee Lemmie start with this was an overall, great experience. Ive sold things at other stores, and none come close to my experience here. Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable and gave me a fair price for my items. Will Definitely come back here next time, and would recommend them to anyone looking.

First of the vibes are exquisite; some light jazz playing, well lit but not to the point I feel like Im in the operating room, the most kind staff helped direct us and find some lovely things to go home with. Paula Owens Onix is the hidden gem in the Anderson Shopping Center. I wish Id known about them sooner! They have the most beautiful, unique jewelry in their display cases! The main reason I needed to go in was a pair of earrings that I own: I couldnt read the purity mark on them with my failing vision. I felt like I was going to be a waste of time, but the gentleman behind the counter did not make me feel that way at all. He was so kind! He read the stamp for me without hesitation. I had also brought in a ring that meant a great deal to me. The stone had come out, and I hadnt been able to wear it in years. He took my ring and fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and hardly charged me anything. I am so glad I found Onix, and I recommend them to you without any reservations! This place stands out and shines.
