5 /5 Chelsea Borror: Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!

5 /5 Dave Bertholf Jr: Very nice jewelers offering their service. I came in to get my watch sized from somewhere I bought online and was told I’d be charged a standard $10.00 which I was fine with. The gal who sized it was real polite and quick and said it will be on her today. I’ll come back here to get my gold chain in the future and all other jewelry. I recommend this location for all looking for good service and fair-priced, great quality jewelry!

1 /5 Somer Watson: I received a pair of diamond studs for Christmas from my boyfriend and wanted to exchange them due to them being almost exactly like the pair I already have. I found a different pair that was less but their return/exchange policy over $300 requires a check from corporate. We were told by Shalryn that it would take about 2 weeks and could have the check sent to the store. We waited 18 days and no call to pick up the check so I called to inquire why it was taking this long. Shalryn answered and proceeded to tell me it could take up to 6 weeks but usually takes around 3. When I asked her if she was the one that helped us with the exchange she lied and said no. I then questioned why we were told 2 weeks when it could take up to 6 and she then said she never said that. We will not be taking our business here again in the future and I’ve returned the other pair of earrings due to the horrible customer service we have received. My boyfriend is still waiting for now 2 checks due to the 1st being sent to the wrong address even though it was supposed to be sent directly to the store.

5 /5 Feyrah: I called in to inquire about pricing in sizing up my wedding rings. I believe I spoke to Laura who was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions confidently. I went in later that day and dropped off my rings and not only did she size my finger to make sure it would be the correct size, she even double checked the diamonds to make sure they were real as I kind of had doubts. She told me that the goldsmith would be in the next day and that there may be a chance my rings would be done by the evening the same day and sure enough. Sure enough, the woman who called me the next evening was super friendly and happy as well and she was really nice when I picked up my rings too. The experience was really great and my rings look more beautiful now than they were when I dropped them off. They look brand new. I had a great experience honestly and they were both very friendly to my hyperactive daughter as well.
