5 /5 Scott Gardner: I’ve met quite a few Authorized Rolex Dealers but Shari Hutchinson is the absolute best (as is Ben Bridge in Seattle)! Shari is very responsive, professional, kind and has a great sense of humor. We end up spending more time than “necessary” because I truly enjoy her company. She will work very hard to get you the timepiece you want. She is an absolute treasure! Also a shout out to BB because their store is beautiful and they have many other outstanding salespeople.

From the moment we entered the store, my husband and I were warmly and genuinely greeted by David. We talked about where we currently live and the cruise we were taking from Seattle. David was personable and allowed us to try on many watches we were interested in, making us feel comfortable and welcome. He truly made us feel like family. When my husband inquired about the specific watch he desired, David explained the purchasing process in a way that made sense. I appreciated how he clarified the companys guidelines while providing us with genuine insight into the situation. David even invited us to return after our cruise. Although we didn’t have time to visit again, I spoke to David on the phone to express our continued interest. We will definitely be back to visit soon!

5 /5 Mike Eng: My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Cheyenne at the flagship Ben Bridge store, in downtown Seattle. It’s such a beautiful store and is always enjoyable to visit. After showing us many beautiful Rolex watches, and letting us try on several new pieces, we got to the main point of our visit. Cheyenne was so patient and kind, assisting us with finding the “perfect ring” for my wife to commemorate our wedding anniversary. This was especially meaningful because my wife has a very unique style and doesn’t wear a lot of jewelry. However, she absolutely loves her new ring and can’t stop looking at it! We can’t wait to come back and see Cheyenne again. Do not hesitate to ask for her as she’ll certainly do her absolute best assisting you, like she did for us.

Even though we’d not bought the watch there, Boris was very accommodating and did a great job sizing the bracelet. Liz and John also engaged with my wife and I filled her head with all kinds of cool watch “stuff”! So friendly! Jessica from Zenith happened to be there as well, and showed us several beautiful Zenith watches. A great, professional group of folks!
