She called Rand even thought we did not get our jewelry from him, and he offered to take a look at it and resize it same day. He got us in the next day with an appointment. When we arrived early, Rand welcomed us in and had my ring fitting in less than 10 minutes. He was so kind, did this as a courtesy for us and wouldn’t even let me buy him lunch or tip as a thank you.
