Jen R I went to Marianos to have a ring resized. Both the women behind the counter, and the jeweler, were extremely helpful. I shopped and asked tons of questions, and tried things on, even though I was technically only there for a resize. They were gracious and very helpful and I will be back to purchase a little bling I looked at while I was there!

N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. Jenah Winkler I was drawn to this store by the beautiful trees made of stone. Theyre very stunning and beautiful and around a $180 bucks for the large ones. The little ones around $30 something. They have some really cordiaz necklaces and jewelry. Their jewelry is actually reasonable prices as well. They have some the most unique and stunning artwork I have seen in a long time. I would definitely Recommend you come to the store they have a little something for everyone. Renee was lady who help me today and she was fabulous. She was knowledgeable about her products and extremely pleasant to talk to. The handbags and backpacks or something you should definitely take a gander at while youre here to. Lots of wonderful placed items here.

They always provided helpful guidance, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The price also seemed fair and comparable to larger jewelers, even with the more personalized service and custom design. My fiancée loves the ring, and we plan to return here for any future pieces!

The girls act like they work at a high end jewelry store and so snobby, like pandora is only 1 step above the fantasy jewelry you get at Clair’s… when the manager pretty much forced this girl who was not doing anything to help me she actually scuffed and rolled her eyes as she looked at me. I bought a whole set up as a gift.mind you these toy charms cost on average 50 bucks. They girl ended up acting a bit nicer when she realized I didn’t have a budget. I honestly want to ask for the stupid bracelet back to return it. Shop elsewhere where they treat people with dignity.

Gabriel Tam Such amazing staff and options. Love every time we go! My late grandmother left me with some jewelry, and one piece was an old styled diamond ring. Michelle worked with my wife to get the diamond back to amazing shape and set it in a new, timeless ring that will be passed down to my daughter. Edit: we’ve now shopped from Kantor multiple times. Michelle is the best. She knows everything my wife and I like. She helps with gifts we give each other. The quality of diamonds are unmatched. We appreciate her dearly.
