5 /5 Gracie Huberty: A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

The fact they got us in while swamped was something I will never forget. Thank you so much for making things so great for us all! 3 /5 Nicolene OReilly: We had 2 appts at 2 different places in one day for my nieces prom. We went here first. The girl assigned to our search was not engaged with the process at all. She seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else. This was my nieces first experience having a stranger see her in her underwear and zip her up, so it was particularly unwelcome when she said, loudly, that the dresses run small and started calling out to another girl to "bring size x". We were all ready to get out of there. The next place we went to was the exact opposite. Kind, complimentary, and discreet. We bought a dress there.

5 /5 Ana Marie Caldwell: You need to set your expectation before going in to this store. You get what you pay for so if you are thinking of paying cheap for an outstanding dress, this place is not for you. Yes, this place requires an appointment to get it but I book my appointment an hour prior to my desired time, they were able to accommodate my preferred time which was at 5pm. Most places closes at that time but they decided to stay and catered to my need since I need my dress within 24 hour. As soon as we(husband and toddler) they asked us right away on what we need and for what occasion. They let us look around and directed us to the right place to look at sizing. They gave us the time and space we needed to explore the options. Once I have tried few pieces, they had an even better understanding on what design I had in mind. They were also very patient with my toddler rolling around the floor. They made me feel really special trying on those beautiful dresses. It is a bit higher price than I would like to spend but it was really worth it. I stand out from the crowd. :)

We had been searching everywhere for her dream dress, but it was sold out everywhere—until we found them. Their customer service was absolutely superb, and the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. Instead of me having to drive four hours and ship the dress myself, she is personally shipping it directly to my sister in Texas, ensuring it arrives in time for prom. This not only made my life so much easier but also made my sister’s dream a reality. I can’t recommend A Finer Moment enough—truly an amazing experience!
