1 /5 Veronika Grebenshikov: Its Fred Meyer jewelers, not expecting anything extravagant however staff wise, none of the staff has any business working at a jewelry place especially, Missy. Could not even make a basic measurement for my husbands resizing of his band. Something as easy a size down for $88 was sized 1 whole size to small and then they wanted to charge me $250 to bring it back up to the correct size. I was told "Tracy" is the manager but multiple failed requests and attempts to speak with management came back ignored.

5 /5 Holla: My husband and myself have purchased from FM jewelers for 18 years. 3 weeks ago surrounded by fires I packed what I could. Lifetime warranty paperwork is somewhere, we tend to travel a lot. Thank you Tracy Collins Manager and the woman who helped me, also huge shout out to Amber who painstakingly created my warranty pamphlets. Both ladies did a thorough stone ✔️ some are now being worked on. Always get the lifetime warranty. Downside is that time pieces are not included. 5 /5 Andrea Waters: I loved the lady that was working when I went in she was so helpful and went above and beyond to try n help me get my necklace I wanted. I couldnt do it at thr time but she promised me when I could afford it with all the amazing discounts and ways she was helping me my price would never change. ITS good employees like her who make me want to return to a store and happily give them my hard earned money.
