eazytrgt Recently went to get an engagement for my now fiancé. Staff was extremely helpful in meeting my needs. I had a quick turn around for getting an engagement ring that require shipping and assembly of the ring. The staff (particularly the manager) was extremely helpful in helping me get the ring in time and ensuring I stayed within my budget. Very thankful for the staff here!

Norman Brettell After getting my watch back this afternoon, I had to do a review. I’m going to go ahead and call the master jeweler, master watch guy. I don’t know, but he did some incredible stuff to my southwestern Sterling silver watchband that I don’t think anybody Can work on pieces like this ended up, beefing up the watch band itself with heavier duty parts. So yeah if you have something like that, he will certainly look at it and chances are get it fixed for you. I’m not sure if I could do a picture if I can I’ll send a picture. Thanks, Ron,

Dommy Dee Lemmie start with this was an overall, great experience. Ive sold things at other stores, and none come close to my experience here. Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable and gave me a fair price for my items. Will Definitely come back here next time, and would recommend them to anyone looking.

Chelsea Borror Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!

Brandi Lynnae Duval THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY KILLS IT !!! Hard to find a better selection of everything anywhere else in town…and quite possibly throughout the pacific north west. Great prices, knowledgeable about the items in the shop and you can have a beer while you shop. Say less! This shop is curated by a handful of local vintage sellers so this store is as community based as it gets when it comes to shopping local and supporting your local community. If you haven’t popped in yet, run don’t walk!

DJ James Not ones to typically write reviews, but after receiving such exceptional service from Tiffany in the jewelry department, we really wanted to acknowledge her for making the extra effort to obtain the exact rose gold ring we were looking for that they dont generally carry in the store. In addition, she was able to get the in-store price for us. Tonya and Garrett were also very pleasantly helpful. Fred Meyer was our first choice when we started looking for what we wanted due to the excellent service we have received in the past. No one has ever tried to talk us into something else if they didnt carry, or could not find, exactly what we were looking for. They truly live up to their mantra, "We are here to please."
