5 /5 Emily Hilde: I unfortunately was late for my appointment and a bit stressed thinking I’d be met with annoyance or rush, but once I arrived Mindy couldn’t have been more sweet and kind through the whole appointment. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. I brought in multiple items I have recently inherited (some expensive and some ???) Mindy was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable and respectful through the process of selling, refurbishing and resizing. My husband designed my engagement ring 11+ years ago with Cline and we’ve had multiple family items go through their shop, but this was my first one on one personal experience and it was incredibly pleasant and positive. Definitely our continued trusted jeweler.

Professional and efficient, she presented options and ideas, listened to my ideas and together we designed a beautiful complement to my 30 year old engagement/wedding ring.
