Anna Moore Janey was very helpful in providing me with information on how to reset my salt and pepper diamond into a new band. Communication was easy and she kept me up to date on the process. I had a bridal shower and was worried I would not have my ring in time to wear it for my special occasion. But lo and behold it was ready the day before! I was so excited to share the engagement ring with all my family! Overall I would definitely go back and recommend this special little jewelry store.

Tonia Jackson Kim was always a pleasure to work with. We have bought multiple rings, necklaces ect from here. Unfortunately Kim retired and the new manager is not so good. She made my husband feel like he was being profiled. acted like he shouldnt be there and was wasting her time. He took my engagement ring to get it cleaned and purchase a new band for me. Not only did he take my ring but the ring size is in their computer, when he got the new ring its was way too small and my engagement ring wasnt clean. The new manager clearly doesnt care about customer service and now that Kim is gone, so are we. We will not be returning to be treated like crap. We will stick to Tiffany and Co.....

Casey Younger Super pleased with our experience here! Id been in in the past to get jewelry swapped out for my cartilage piercings, but this was my first piercing experience at Silver Safari. I was looking for a place for my 7 year old to get her earlobes pierced that didnt entail a piercing gun or "gunless cartridge" (which is just the bit from inside the piercing gun operated by hand). A few weeks prior I took my daughter in so she could see the place and we could ask questions and see her piercing jewelry options. Then on 6/16/25 we came in on a Monday after school. My daughter was excited, but still nervous about the unknown. We got Amanda and she was AWESOME. Back in a private piercing room Amanda explained the process to my daughter and was patient as my daughter asked questions (not just talking past my daughter to me). Then during the piercing she still talked her through it, and brought in a second piercer to do both lobes at the same time. They were quick and professional and my daughter who freaks out in tears at the doctor with shots didnt even cry once! Within 10 seconds of the piercing she was totally calm. And she was thrilled when she saw herself in the mirror with pierced ears! And then again, Amanda patiently listed to my daughters aftercare questions too. We never felt rushed. And I can safely say they are great with kids too. Immediately after Amanda also did a conch piercing for me, which was also very smooth. It was about 45 minutes total from when we initially walked in and took a number to walking out with piercing complete. Its now 10 days later and both our piecers are looking great. My daughter was able to get the comfortable flat backs due to the needle piercing, and has not complained once about any pain in the healing process or during our daily cleaning. Her ears also have not looked red or irritated since piercing day. I would definitely recommend Silver Safari to any parents looking for a place to safely pierce their kids ears and have a positive experience. Thank you Amanda!!!!

After a disappointing experience with another local jeweler, I was hesitant to visit, especially since I assumed "luxury" meant it would be out of my budget. However, I was delighted to find that they truly cater to all budgets. From the moment I walked in, they listened attentively to my ideas and addressed my past concerns. Within minutes, I was working with a designer to create the ring I had always dreamed of. Stevies initial drawings brought my vision to life, and she worked diligently to source the specific stones I wanted. From a 3D model, Nikki created a beautiful ring and it was almost perfect. As there were still a few elements missing, they added another designer, Adrienne, to the team, and all three ladies worked tirelessly until the ring was exactly what I had envisioned. I cannot recommend Neeter House of Luxury highly enough.

Jill OBrien-Dawson The love of my life bought me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day. I loved everything about it. Thankfully he also bought the warranty that is offered. Eight months later one of the smaller diamonds fell out. No problem - it happens. Because we live in Bellevue we took it to that store for repair. The lady behind the counter refused to repair it as we did not bring it in for the six month adjustment. We did not do this because we were not given that piece of the warranty paperwork that stated we should bring it in. Its a separate document. She suggested that we take it to the Redmond store to see if that manager would be willing to help us. One look at the warranty paperwork we did have, he immediately said yes. He was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you Erik! You are a great manager for Fred Meyer.

Claire Perrin This is my favorite jewelry store ever!! High quality jewelry for an affordable price. I love to get my everyday essentials here - they have lots of gold-fill items for an affordable price. I wear my jewelry in the shower, swimming, exercising, ALL the time and, still, my something silver jewelry has held up without tarnishing for years. A bracelet and necklace finally broke so I brought them in expecting to have to pay for a repair or have to go elsewhere but they quickly fixed everything for free! Highly recommend coming here :)
