1 /5 Jana Meyer: I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the absolute worst Jewlery store I have ever dealt with. I took in three rings. One of which is 30 years old and from my deceased grandmother. I get it back and less then 60 days the diamond has fallen out. Completely irreplaceable. Called store, nothing, emailed customer service and corporate and referred back to manager of the jewelry store, who instead of calling me calls my mother. I am 50+ and she was told to call me as I have possession of the rings. Then she calls me, lets it ring and hangs up, no voice mail. Claims in the email she sent me she made several efforts to reach out. She called my mother, my mother returned her call and never heard from her. She failed, contrary to her claim to leave me a voice mail and then wants to get snarky with me in email. I have filed formal AG report and am retaining counsel at this point. Best part, I have yet to hear a single word from corporate and they are on all the emails. That tells me this is not just one store; this is a culture.
