Alex Vasiloff Stopped in after purchasing a watch elsewhere that didn’t fit me to get it resized. Was greeted very welcomingly by the owners and got my watch sized perfectly and quickly! Great couple to chat with as I waited. Any watch/jewelry repairs are worth it!

She helped me re-structure some family jewelry that I inherited and then when I had a terrible experience with another jeweler for my custom engagement ring she came to my rescue. She is so kind and makes the process fun! I could tell she was just as excited as we were about the project and it filled me with so much peace. Dave Campbell It was a cold and foggy morning in Walla Walla and I was early, standing outside Falkenbergs in the grubby chill! Instead of staring at the stupid customer who arrived too early, three amiable women waved me in, and while finishing their pre-opening chores, engaged me in conversation, and soon I was working with Shira; I had a ring to be appraised for value and possible purchase and she was of inestimable help; I had to return a week later for a finalization of their purchase, and again, a clerk named Helen was most amiable and worked closely with me to assure satisfaction. I dont understand the disgruntled reviews elsewhere, and would suspect some of these folks brought their attitude with them. Thanks Falkenbergs!

P L Easily one of the we best in the biz. I went to 4 or 5 other jewelers and watchmakers who couldnt handle the job or quoted me ridiculous rates and turnaround times. Eric took care of it in literally 10 minutes, did a perfect job, and was incredibly generous with the costs. Please come here before others, probably save some time and money.

Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Once my questions were answered I placed an order, and received the coat within a few days. The coat I received was exactly as described and well made. I love it so much.
