5 /5 Zataralee: They have always taken care of us. From resizing to repairs.. and even placing an order for a replacement ring that was accidentally flushed down the toilet... There is no question in my mind why a jewelry store inside of a grocery store lol does so well.

3 /5 Michaela Scarano: My boyfriend bought me this ring from Zales. A diamond fell out and we already had problems with Zales before this incident with the same ring. Decided to have Fred Meyer jewelers replace the diamond that fell out. The gold smith did an excellent job replacing it. Julianna who works there is so polite and very knowledgeable. Giving this place a 3 star only because when I came in to have my ring quoted for it to be fixed I had the worst customer service ever and it was totally stereotyped because I am in my early twenties. Her name was Karen. I had come in with my mom because she was with me that day and I proceeded to tell her that I wanted a quote to have my ring fixed. I tried to be friendly and tell her about my experience with Zales and she completely cut me off and was quite clear she didn’t want to hear my experience with my ring. She continued to keep asking me if my ring was real and if I was sure. I started to get super irritated because this ring was $600 at Zales and I was there and picked it out. She then was like “ are you sure you just don’t want me to check?” So i replied “go for it but I know it’s real, I was there when my boyfriend bought if for me.” She then used a like radio tool to determine if my ring was real or not and then she said “wow you do have a good boyfriend.” She then questioned me on how much my ring cost. Just because I’m younger doesn’t mean that I should be stereotyped and questioned numerously on if my ring is real or not. She doesn’t know how much my boyfriend and I make or how much we can afford so for her to be so rude towards me and act like my ring was cheap and fake is BS. Not to mention my moms ring was missing a diamond as well and she wanted a quote too. Karen deliberately hurried my process and completely blew off my mom. Nowadays with prices of everything going up, I find it bs that she almost seemed irritated with me and completely acted like my ring was ghetto and not real. When I came back to pick up my ring after it was fixed, my boyfriend come with me and we had Julianna. Such a better experience. She listened when I told her about my experience with my ring and she was very helpful and recommended us to come back to her when my boyfriend is ready to propose in the next year or so. She was phenomenal, but that other lady is rude and shouldn’t be judging people just because they are younger.

1 /5 Trevin Irby: So much mixed information. They sell you a warranty but dont explain anything. First I was told I could lose the ring and it would be covered before I bought it. Everything about the warranty explained like it was amazing with no downsides. Then I hear a horror story that a friend got denied warranty coverage if you dont bring it in every year. I went back in to ask if that was true because it was never explained. The person told me that was true and shrugged it off like it was no big deal because I was not over the year but it would have been! I also get explained that I can not lose the ring or its not covered which was explained the opposite to me when getting me to purchase the warranty. They assured me however if their is maintenance needed they cover the maintenance. I wrote corporate to complain of the inconsistency and they wrote a generic reply back explaining the warranty to me and saying I DO have to pay for maintenance. Terrible customer service and even terrible corporate response to help rectify it. If you want good coverage on your ring please go somewhere else
