Scott the owner was great to step in, help him, encourage him to be brave and just listen. He has always been nothing but nice and great in understanding people need a hands on crystal experience.

1 /5 Amanda Puppo: Huge Crystal lover here and when I went into this place the energy was draining and the crystals did not feel real at all, me and my sister grabbed a $5 rainbow fluoride tower and after scratching it lightly with my nail white stuff came off like plastic, the owner Scott came in shouted and degraded us, he said “ you know I can see you on the cameras across the entire store and scratching crystals is destroying the product, if you do it again I will never ever allow you into my store again, what is with your face cause your looking at me like you dont understand” we were so shocked because no Crystal should let off plastic like that only selenite will leave a dust but no rainbow fluoride. While saying all that he was in our personal space, loud, and had an belittling tone. We immediately put back everything we had gathered to purchase and walked out. Imagine if we were naive and this was the first Crystal shop we have ever been in, it’s natural to touch crystals and curiosity should be encouraged and explained, not degraded. I would highly recommend stone crazy and wonders of the world if you’re looking for good Crystal stores in Spokane.

5 /5 Megan Johnson: I am shocked and disappointed by some of these reviews. So I want to share my experience. When I first stumbled into my crystal shop I was at a very low place in life and having a pretty rough day. Despite my best efforts to fake it Scott (the owner) pulled me aside and asked if I wanted to go see the tree in the back that has crystals all over it. I’ve always been a big nature person so I said yes. We sat down in front of the tree and Scott asked if he could do a reading. I’ve always been weary of energies and peoples ability to read other people but my curiosity was peaked so I accepted. Scott told me things about my life that was impossible for anyone to know but me. He explained the grave hurt I’ve experienced and asked if he could hug me. I cried for a solid 30 minutes in his arms. And he talked about protecting my energy and how I would get better. We did some meditating and then he spent three hours of his time helping me pick out crystals, talk about what they help with, shadow work, and how to heal and protect myself. Scott didn’t owe me any of that. However he still spent four hours total helping me when I needed it. Without hesitation. He helped other people when they came in and then came back to me. Ever since then I started going every other week if not more. Not always to buy things but more for the genuine care and human connection. It’s obvious he’s a healer by nature and truly cares about every person who walks through that door. It’s been a pleasure seeing his business grow and flourish. Since I have moved across the country there isn’t much I miss more than this shop. So I say go try it. But go with an open mind. Scott is one of pure intention and heart. I am so thankful for the time I got to spend there. And I cannot wait to go back next time I’m in town.
