River Collins I’ve wanted to get my grandpa’s watch repaired for many years now but wasn’t sure who to take it to. I went into Charlie’s about a week before Christmas. I could tell he was busy but he still took the time to talk to me about the watch and what could be done. I was told to leave the watch with him and come back in about 30 minutes. When I came back, the watch had been perfectly repaired and did all of it for no charge; as a Christmas present. I left in tears because of this truly kind and beautiful gesture. I am so appreciative of his kindness and wear my grandpa’s watch with pride daily. I highly recommend his business to everyone. Thank you again for being so generous, it is something I will never forget.

Deb V Love this store! So much fun and staffed with friendly people! Andi patiently helped me compare about ten white crystals. With her good feedback, I bought a 360° cluster on a stand. Placed it on a sideboard where it reflects light like a disco ball in the afternoon sun. This is my third crystal purchase, but theres always room for more! Thanks Andi, you deserve a raise!

After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. Madeline M Dean designed my engagement ring and its absolutely perfect! I wanted to use my Grandmas diamond and some sapphires from my mothers ring, I came in with some inspo pics from Pinterest and he was able to take those and put them all together with his own suggestions and tweaks into something better than I had dreamt of! He was so great to work with, the attention to detail was incredible, and the pricing was great too. I cant recommend this place enough.
