2 /5 born inbham: Yeah wow!! Rude AVOID these people off putting dismissing employees that could careless if they get your business.. Shop local! Wanted us to just drop off grandmas ring with them without giving us a clue what it would cost to fix and no offer of stone options.. No thank you we will go to the jewelry store down by the water and Antonys Hearthfire. Unbelievably rude she just wanted her ring fixed and was ready to buy a diamond and you missed it!!!

1 /5 Ian B: Bought some jewelry here. Decent. Later found out it was expensive but that is not the issue. The issue is that I was sold a warranty and cleaning plan. The two items I bought were both emeralds. I tried to redeem the two cleaning and warranty plans that I bought. Only at the time I tried to redeem the benefits I was told that they do not cover emeralds. Totally rip off they sold me things that did not apply. Can’t be trusted.

1 /5 J M: Went in to buy. Stood at the counter for 5 mins, no one even acknowledged me. I finally went up to someone and asked for help. They where not very friendly. After making the purchase and waiting for it to be ordered to the store, I went to go pick it up with my kids. Both employees were busy, so i waited patiently with my kids. As I was waiting someone else came in and was looking in the cases and when one finished with a potential customer, they skipped over me and went to help them. I waited another 10 mins. This whole experice left A LOT to be desired. I will not be returning as a customer. Absolutely appalled at my whole experience.

1 /5 Aleksey Chayka: My wife came in to get ring cleaned and inspected, as part of lifetime insurance warranty offered by FM. Associate refused to look up her warranty, checked the ring and gave her a note of inspection completed without any other details - basically this not can be applied to any ring? No identifies like a policy number? Very rude and not pleasant.
