Amy Montoya Sarah was an amazing teacher! My friend and I went to Sarah’s to make earrings. We had so much fun and her shop is very calm and welcoming. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend her for all your special silver jewelry needs.

Adele O I always had a good experience at this location. The cashier at the return station is the best! She is always pleasant to talk to. There is often someone on the floor when help is needed, which is a plus. There is a large selection of hair care products on sale by the salon side that I was surprised to see as I never go to that side of the store. Ive been to several locations, but this one is my favorite because of the service.

Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. The Barbos We LOVE Super Silver! The jewelry is gorgeous and the prices are fantastic. My family has been shopping with them for years. I always stop in for my birthday every year and pick out something special. The people are amazing! So friendly and always helpful.

I showed Jennifer S my dream ring inspired by a movie and she jumped on helping find the yellow diamond to ship into the store and view. Jennifer T called me a few days later to bring me into the diamond room to see the diamond. She answered so many questions, listened rocky design wishes and took many notes. Great experience! I later met with Jennifer S to finalize the design, purchase and get this made. Buying my ring from the Helzberg Diamond store in Tacoma has been a great experience. Looking forward to a continued relationship while getting my ring cleaned and serviced.
