Deb V Love this store! So much fun and staffed with friendly people! Andi patiently helped me compare about ten white crystals. With her good feedback, I bought a 360° cluster on a stand. Placed it on a sideboard where it reflects light like a disco ball in the afternoon sun. This is my third crystal purchase, but theres always room for more! Thanks Andi, you deserve a raise!

I look forward to the day I can come here and design jewelry for myself :) My sister and I came in with a clear vision for what we wanted as a gift for our mom, Claire was very informative and thorough, helping us decide what gemstones/cuts/chains anchored?/and chain style. The price quoted was accurate, and the cost breakdown was laid out for us at the beginning. We put down a $250 deposit June 21, 4 days later we got the CAD rendering, approved the first iteration, paid 50% of the remaining balance cost, and August 22 we picked it up and paid the final 50%. $1250 in total for a silver bar necklace with synthetic emerald/peridot/sapphire, my sister and I are very happy with how our vision was executed and cant wait to share this with our mom

We expressed interest in adding more prongs to my wedding ring. Mars explained the process of sending my rings in, replacing a broken diamond, and getting my set appraised. Jessica Bushman Fairhaven Gold is the best local jeweller around town. Take your business here and they will knock it out of the park. Far more than 5 stars is deserved here. I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
