Nora Khalil I was at the Valley Mall and I stopped in the new Pandora Jewelry Store. The associate was so sweet and friendly. I asked her if she could clean my Pandora charms on my bracelet. My sister passed away recently and most of the charms were hers and the others she gave to me as a gift. They are sentimental to me. A memory of my sister. The associate was happy to clean them for me. I looked around. And she showed me some charms. She helped me take some pics of ones I was interested in. I didn’t buy anything that day, but I got excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. I wish I got her name.

James Hands down the best pawn shop in the area! The crew at Top Tier Pawn are not only friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly reasonable and knowledgeable. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just browsing, they treat you with respect and make sure you leave feeling good about the deal. It’s rare to find a pawn shop that actually feels like a local gem, but this place nails it. Highly recommend!

LoriAnns CraftWorks Wandered in with a portion of our Mothers estate jewelry. Pieces that were never appraised and very little history. We couldnt identify several stones, whether pieces were real or costume and what was needing to be appraised for insurance purposes. Everyone was so helpful! Truly amazing service for someone who wasnt buying. Items identified, gem knowledge shared and advice to check with my insurance company before paying for appraisals. Not often you find such helpfulness without spending money. While I dont live here anymore, I visit several times a year, Chreys will be my go to for all my jewelry needs. We also had several items to sell. They offered a good price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this jeweler. They had some amazing pieces on display too. I saw some earrings that are going on my wish list. Thank you Chreys for turning a stressful situation into a laughter filled memory. Our Mother would have loved your shop.

Chelsea Jordan My husband and I purchased our first wedding sets from Warrens 10 years ago. Within the last few years we were exploring an upgrade, especially approaching our 10 year anniversary. We traveled to Mexico recently and about 2 weeks before leaving we popped into Warrens to see what options they had. Lynel greeted me with a smile and said "come over and show me what youre thinking". She was genuine, kind, easy to talk to and never once made things feel uncomfortable. I also respected that she stayed within my price range. We found a new ring I fell in love with. Over the next couple of days, my husband and I went back, shopped for a beautiful diamond (an experience Ive never had) and confirmed our new purchase. My husband wanted me to have it for Mexico because we were there for Valentines Day. Lynel and her team made this dream come to fruition in a matter of days. I could not stop smiling the day I was able to wear my ring and still catch myself staring at it often; it is PERFECTION!!! The entire experience was amazing and seamless. Kat Sykes I am very pleased with my experience with Wagner Jewelers. I took two rings in to have appraised for insurance purposes. Both rings actually needed tightening and repair so I was glad that I had come in. They gave me an estimate on repairs and appraisal and a delivery date. My rings look amazing and I can feel the difference in the tightness of the gemstones. They were done early, which really was pleasing! Overall, very professional and I would definitely come back again.

Deb V Love this store! So much fun and staffed with friendly people! Andi patiently helped me compare about ten white crystals. With her good feedback, I bought a 360° cluster on a stand. Placed it on a sideboard where it reflects light like a disco ball in the afternoon sun. This is my third crystal purchase, but theres always room for more! Thanks Andi, you deserve a raise!
