From the moment my fiance and I walked through the door we were treated like family and Sue was the most patient, kind guide as we took the time to really ponder and design our dream ring. The price was more affordable than main stream department stores for a custom piece of significantly higher quality. My soon to be husband and I will not be shopping anywhere else for our jewelry needs for as long as we live in Spokane. Stop in, you wont regret it.

5 /5 Daniel Franzese: I can’t say enough about how amazing experience was at Austin’s. All of the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. My jeweler, Sue, was there for me every step of the way as I created the perfect ring for my fiancé. I couldn’t have felt like I had better guidance through this stressful task. She offered advice when I asked, but also helped me to shape the ring the way that I thought would be perfect. She was willing to come in early or stay late to accommodate my busy schedule. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the price was competitive or better than anywhere else. I was truly treated like family during my many visits here. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will be here for any piece of jewelry to make or buy in the future.

She asked about my fiancé to get a feel for her style. Sue is so warm and authentic. The result was a stunning ring perfect for my wife. With Sues help I was able to buy a much more impressive ring than I anticipated. Austins is a classy and reputable long-time Spokane establishment.

She made a very difficult task smooth and was very helpful, answering all of my questions. After we handled business, she showed me a piece of jewelry and the price was excellent. I had seen smaller pieces of Alexandrite, in 14k gold for a lot more. One of these days I hope to be back to make a purchase. There is no other jewelry store I would trust.
