Chelsea Borror Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!

Frank DeLorenzo brought an old wrist watch in for band repair. very friendly, very swift, very nice. they buffed the watch crystal as well making it sparkle!! Thank you!!

Kelli Temeyosa Excellent business! I had a stone go missing from my ring and they were able to fix it and make it perfect again. They gave me a timeline of about a week but it was done in 3 days. Super fast and it looks beautiful. Very friendly people as well. I definitely recommend them. They are wonderful!

Erin Crary Took my daughter here to get her daiths pierced to help with migraine. They were very respectful and skilled. The piercer took things at my daughters pace and made sure she was very comfortable and ready in a calm and humble way. It was super clean and the staff was exceptionally kind.

I wanted to use my Grandmas diamond and some sapphires from my mothers ring, I came in with some inspo pics from Pinterest and he was able to take those and put them all together with his own suggestions and tweaks into something better than I had dreamt of! He was so great to work with, the attention to detail was incredible, and the pricing was great too. I cant recommend this place enough.
