Derick Wyatt My grandfather passed away in 2004, and I was given his ring. He purchased it soon after his return from fighting in the jungles of Burma in WWII. He wore this ring every single day of his life. I remember playing with it on his finger as a little boy. It was in great need of repair. Several of the prongs holding the stone were bent or splitting. One had broken completely off. Lizzys did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing this treasured ring. I am truly grateful for their dedication to craftsmanship and quality. It looks stunning! Their customer service is impeccable. Everyone there was extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry repair and upkeep needs!

Cost Turc This is for Susan that’s I am a costumer also I wase there in the shop and I saw everything what happened, the owner wase so nice with her tryng to do a good discount for her a ring with Diamonds that hase the appraisal 7500$ he wase wanting to salle it for her at 4000$ with certificate and everything, and she finds stoped to talk for a wile and the owner wase asking her if she wants something cheaper than that, than to show her some other cheaper rings than she gate angry for no reason, iven by that the owner tryng to apologize with no fault at all anyway like bussines man have to talk nice he did it but the lady doesent stop to talk bad I wase tryng to talk iven with her but si talked bad iven to mee so this staf its always nice to the people and very helpful so we humans have to be more cind one to each others

Nick Frederiksen Hayley made my wife a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band that both far exceeded my expectations. She is a very talented artist and super easy to work with. The rings were rendered in CADD first so I could get a sense of what they might look like before they were cast, which made settling on a design really easy. She even helped me resize my grandfather’s old ring for my band. I really appreciate all the hard work and responsiveness throughout the process. Thank you!!!

Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. Marco was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful sales associate, who reached out to understand my preferences ahead of the appointment. He curated an amazing personal collection and let me try out as many options as I wanted. David Yurman is an amazing brand, but I strongly advise that individuals who are considering buying online go into the store. Its an incredible customer experience. I cant wait to go back!

Jen R I went to Marianos to have a ring resized. Both the women behind the counter, and the jeweler, were extremely helpful. I shopped and asked tons of questions, and tried things on, even though I was technically only there for a resize. They were gracious and very helpful and I will be back to purchase a little bling I looked at while I was there!
