5 /5 Jen R: I went to Marianos to have a ring resized. Both the women behind the counter, and the jeweler, were extremely helpful. I shopped and asked tons of questions, and tried things on, even though I was technically only there for a resize. They were gracious and very helpful and I will be back to purchase a little bling I looked at while I was there!

5 /5 Andrea Garcia: This is the best little business In the world. They are so awesome there I feel at home when I go there and the Jeweler himself always takes his time to help me out and for free. I go in there with a watch my friend gave me to see if it is real and he took it apart and told me it was a fake. It was going to cost me 50 to do that at Fred Meyer in Lacey. The next time I went in there because my friend found a clearing yellow rock that glittered like inside when the light hit in certain angles. And I start off asking the counter girl and she is awesome too.and she looks and said thats a polished rock I said no its not it was found this way. So Jeweler to the end comes over and said not a rock that is a Gem. It is an Oregon Agote. And I was so proud of my rock. But he does all that for free. I go in there with junk and he takes his time to talk to me. Thats a small town business owner. And when I do get ready to buy expensive jewelry I will go here.

1 /5 Brittany Hoyt: I wish I could leave NO STAR! Terrible customer service. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I have been lied to. Told different stories from different employees/owner. About a ring that was purchased and sent off for sizing. OVER 3 WEEKS AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE RING!!!! by the way, the ring has already been paid for, about to ask for $$$ back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!
