2 /5 Isaac Dozier: Poor quality, scam display (made in China, displays Japan), and bad customer service. I needed a watch for EMT classes, worked well while the weather was dry. Once the rainy season hit, it started collecting moisture. Supposed to be water resistant to 5 bars. Ive worked in quality control before, I dont expect perfection. I understand things slip through. What I dont get is the audacity of this company to not back the products they sell. I was given the work around for 2 weeks before they finally said the regional manager approved for it to be repaired (4 weeks to get it back, I leave for Alaska in 2 weeks). This is a sub $50 watch. I cant imagine the clawing it would take to get service on something much pricier. This place is a gamble. 2 stars because 1 employee actually seemed actually empathetic, but helpless, to the situation.

1 /5 Kris Haraldsson: TACKY AND TASTELESS - I went in to get clarification on the warranty for a ring I bought the week prior and the woman I spoke to (older gal with blonde wavy hair) CLEARLY judged my choice in ring, mislabeled the stone, then proceeded to tell me that my ring wouldn’t hold up as well as a “traditional diamond ring” and tried to steer the conversation into me buying another ring. All I wanted was clarification on the warranty for a ring I already bought, not to be subjected to incompetent and greasy sales tactics. It felt like she was intentionally trying to make me insecure so I’d spend more money. The woman who sold me the ring was amazing though.

2 /5 Nicole Manos: I am deeply saddened by the quality of workmanship on my wedding and engagement band. After closer inspection at home, it is clearly not lined up properly. This was a repair done after your employee failed to note details on how the ring was to properly be soldered the first time around. After this mistake, I asked to receive some sort of discount because of the inconvenience and poor effort of employees. I was quickly denied, and paid the $70 only to receive this special piece back in poor condition. I will not be bringing it back to have fixed again. I will be taking this to a professional next time. Edited : I received a phone call from a manager whom wanted to make things right with me. I do appreciate the call and effort on her part and look forward to getting these mistakes corrected.

1 /5 Elyde Aguilar: The girls who work here absolutely SUCK at communicating with their vendors AND one another!!! I would not recommend you going here unless youd love to order something "in stock" be promised youll get it by the 28th. Then to be called back and be told unfortunately (aka one of our employees is an idiot, didnt check with the vendor and what you want isnt available AFTER youve already paid for it!!) if thats what you want youll have to wait 3 WEEKS. "Sorry" doesnt cut it in this business they specialize in helping people with VERY special events and this is simply unacceptable. Thanks to that employee for ruining mine. If I could I would give you zero "stars" I would.

5 /5 eazytrgt: Recently went to get an engagement for my now fiancé. Staff was extremely helpful in meeting my needs. I had a quick turn around for getting an engagement ring that require shipping and assembly of the ring. The staff (particularly the manager) was extremely helpful in helping me get the ring in time and ensuring I stayed within my budget. Very thankful for the staff here!
