I love that we were able to customize my ring from the ground up and it turned out to be more perfect than Id ever want it to be. He was very respectful of our budget and didnt try to upsell us in any way, he made sure everything was exactly what we wanted and was able to get the ring to us within our timeline. 11/10 on quality and I highly recommend them!

The store helped me create a custom piece and find wedding bands to match. They mounted the center stone a little higher than I had it before and it is stunning. Great customer service and fast turn around time!

5 /5 Kelli Edwards: I cannot say enough good things about Katie O Fine Jewelry and Bill!! I was recommended to them by someone I met at a jewelry counter of a big box store, and so glad I did. From the beginning, Bill was knowledgeable, never pushy, and worked with me to ensure I got the ring I wanted within budget. I began with the intent on creating a customized piece as I was having trouble finding exactly what I was looking for (Im REALLY picky and particular about what I like), and he immediately went to work with his designer and diamond suppliers. During the process I had to take a "break" and not only was he completely understanding, his patience and follow up blew me away. He touched base a couple months later at the perfect time and within the week he found the most amazing emerald cut stone. I needed my ring back in 3 weeks time for the wedding, Bill didnt make false promises to close the sale but instead informed me that it more than likely wasnt enough time (I completely understood). I then heard back a day later his designer could make it happen, even with his busy schedule. They not only met the deadline they got my ring to me within a week and a half! Needless to say I was so, so impressed with their work, perseverance, and the end product...I LOVE my ring and wouldnt want anything else. Thank you so much Bill and team for a fantastic experience and stunning piece of quality jewelry that will last not only through my lifetime but many more after...one of many I will be able to pass along to my daughter. Ill definitely return for more custom pieces!

5 /5 Beau French: In 2010 they helped me design a custom engagement ring, I was extremely happy with the design and entire process. As a family owned and operated Jewelry store I really feel like they go above an beyond. A couple months after the wedding we had the ring appraised for insurance, the appraisal came back much higher than anticipated, meaning I got an awesome deal. My wife will swing in here and have her ring cleaned every now and then or to have my watch battery replaced, some places try to charge $50 plus to replace the battery in my Tag, they do it for practically nothing. For the rare occasion I need a battery or possibly a gift for a special occasion they will get my business. Thanks again!!
