Anna Moore Janey was very helpful in providing me with information on how to reset my salt and pepper diamond into a new band. Communication was easy and she kept me up to date on the process. I had a bridal shower and was worried I would not have my ring in time to wear it for my special occasion. But lo and behold it was ready the day before! I was so excited to share the engagement ring with all my family! Overall I would definitely go back and recommend this special little jewelry store.

Heather A Adams Over the last few weeks I have been to Sanford Design about four times and have had great service each time I went. The first time I went, I had a bunch of my beloved jewelry that has been broken or in disrepair restored. It was done in just a few days and now it feels like I have a whole new treasure chest back. I went back another time to have a ring cut off that I haven’t taken off in 10 years to have it cleaned and repaired and restored. It was quick and painless. I went back another time to get my husband’s watch opened and to get the battery replaced and while it was too large to fit the tool available, I went back a final time on the morning of my wedding to buy the most beautiful Pearl earrings that absolutely completed the look for my special day. I had seen them each time I went in, and I’m so glad I followed my intuition to get them. The service is always super sweet and quick and the prices are truly affordable when you take stock of what you’re really getting.

Justin Butler Dont be dissuaded by the brand name, Fred Meyer Jewelers is just as valid a jeweler as any other store. Prices are similar and quality too! But thats not why I gave it 5 stars. The salespeople in any jewelry store can make or break the business. And in this case the staff member that I worked with, Dawna, was absolutely incredible. She worked with me on pricing and looked through several different design and ring makers until I found the perfect engagement ring. She was always conscious of my pricing and never strayed above it (with tax it went over my budget by, like, 12 dollars but thats totally reasonable). A wonderful experience and a wonderful ring.

Sutton Bradley Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented gemologist who will work hard to meet every desire or your jewelry search, but more importantly he is a true friend to his customers. Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.

Rachael Decker Nancy worked with me to design the most beautiful custom wedding band! My engagement ring is kind of a funky shape, and I was very particular about wanting the band totally flush. She worked with her wax carver to design me the ring of my dreams for a super reasonable price (in record time, might I add!), and gave me a great deal on a wedding band for my fiancé. Wendi Chen I’m so pleased with the one-of-a-kind Apache Sage Picture Jasper pendant that I just bought at Jim Chow Jewelry! I had been eying this particular piece for a while, as the unique landscape pattern of the stone really stood out to me. As a visual artist, I can’t help but marvel at the colors and composition of this pendant! Rachel was lovely to talk to and she delightedly explained all the different types of stones in the various pieces. All in all a great experience; I will definitely be back!
