Michelle worked with my wife to get the diamond back to amazing shape and set it in a new, timeless ring that will be passed down to my daughter. Edit: we’ve now shopped from Kantor multiple times. Jen R I went to Marianos to have a ring resized. Both the women behind the counter, and the jeweler, were extremely helpful. I shopped and asked tons of questions, and tried things on, even though I was technically only there for a resize. They were gracious and very helpful and I will be back to purchase a little bling I looked at while I was there!

Dave Campbell It was a cold and foggy morning in Walla Walla and I was early, standing outside Falkenbergs in the grubby chill! Instead of staring at the stupid customer who arrived too early, three amiable women waved me in, and while finishing their pre-opening chores, engaged me in conversation, and soon I was working with Shira; I had a ring to be appraised for value and possible purchase and she was of inestimable help; I had to return a week later for a finalization of their purchase, and again, a clerk named Helen was most amiable and worked closely with me to assure satisfaction. I dont understand the disgruntled reviews elsewhere, and would suspect some of these folks brought their attitude with them. Thanks Falkenbergs!
