Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. To my surprise there was no charge for all of their work. I am so very grateful to Runyan’s Jewelers for being so wonderful!Thank you again for all of your generous help!

I shared my concept with them and within two weeks they had a few diamond options for me to review. I also wanted to design a band, but they found one that was already made that was exactly what I was envisioning. I will no doubt go back here for her and my wedding band!

Life got busy, and the team was so amazing and reached back out a few months later. Again, we explored other designers in town. Ultimately we chose to go with Mike and Teneff. Gracie Huberty A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

L C Very helpful customer service from Jasmin recently. I picked out a really cute necklace at a good price. They do ear piercings here, and the layout definitely reminded me of a Claires store. I would definitely return to this location for small, inexpensive, jewelry items and fashion accessories.
