Jessica Bushman Fairhaven Gold is the best local jeweller around town. Take your business here and they will knock it out of the park. Far more than 5 stars is deserved here. I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

Kathleen OReilly I just received shipment of a custom made Ming China double-sided pendant from Andi Clarke Jewelry and couldnt be more thrilled! Andi was very patient answering my questions with prompt responses and great communication. She shared the history of the pottery shard, sent photos so I could choose my piece from her collection, and explained how various design elements could impact the cost. I love the finished piece and know I will enjoy wearing it for years to come. I would trust Andi with any custom design, be it for a special beach found piece of sea glass, pebble or shard as well as a sentimental piece of china. She has a gift for creating beautifully framed wearable treasures with well-crafted silversmithing accents. This is the second piece Ive bought from Andi, the other being an Oahu pendant listed on her website, and Im equally pleased with both. The pieces arrived carefully and beautifully packaged with a note detailing their origins. I cant recommend her business highly enough and plan to purchase more pieces from Andi in the future!

Trevor Scott My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy. Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared. Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.

Vestudy Q Mr Paul Cresse is one of the most honorable people I have ever had the privilege of knowing AND he and his wife make some of the PNWs absolute finest handcrafted jewelry straight on his bench! This is a dying art as most bench jewelers were put out of business with mass production of cheap overseas hi production jewelry. I have had the privilege of watching Paul the Master Jewelry artisan in action personally from carving wax molds with eXacting precision to how he treats People with Great respect. His wife whom is from Korea is a TOP in class trained Master Designer and creator of Fine Jewelry. This is a best in class shop IMO. Being a jeweler in the area for 40+ years Paul has had to deal with armed robbers ( caught and put away ) so there is NO reason to question his use of Dogs in shop as a necessity of preventing such occurrences. If you are considering Underhill Jewelers LOOK NO MORE! You are at the steps of Greatness when dealing with them Both Professionally and Personally you simply CANNOT go wrong here, congrats!
