Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns.
