5 /5 Dave Campbell: It was a cold and foggy morning in Walla Walla and I was early, standing outside Falkenbergs in the grubby chill! Instead of staring at the stupid customer who arrived too early, three amiable women waved me in, and while finishing their pre-opening chores, engaged me in conversation, and soon I was working with Shira; I had a ring to be appraised for value and possible purchase and she was of inestimable help; I had to return a week later for a finalization of their purchase, and again, a clerk named Helen was most amiable and worked closely with me to assure satisfaction. I dont understand the disgruntled reviews elsewhere, and would suspect some of these folks brought their attitude with them. Thanks Falkenbergs!

1 /5 chad: Went in for a simple ring sizing. They had helped me before and offered good service and were very pleasant. Not anymore. Very cringe experience will not recommend or spend money here. If you choose to work in customer service maybe being nice to people would be a good first step. Yikes.

1 /5 Isabella Holt: 2 weeks ago I called and asked if they would make sure they could test this ring I was buying from someone and the guy said yes that they didn’t have an actual diamond tester but they would look at it and could test the gold, yesterday I meet the lady I was buying the ring from there and we ask them to make sure the ring is real. She says very rudely that they normally don’t do that but took it to the back and they looked at it for 3 seconds and gave it back I asked if it matched the IGI card and she just said it was a diamond. The lady I was buying it from was going to pay to have it cleaned there and I was planing on having it resized there to give them the business, but the interaction was so hostile I went somewhere else.
