My dog recently died unexpectedly and I wanted a small ring with some flash to remind me of the light she brought and continues to carry into my life. There is light at the end of the darkness. Both rings actually needed tightening and repair so I was glad that I had come in. They gave me an estimate on repairs and appraisal and a delivery date. My rings look amazing and I can feel the difference in the tightness of the gemstones. They were done early, which really was pleasing! It was something that we have been thinking about for a while and we knew we wanted to get new rings to exchange. We had looked all over at basically every jewelry store you can think of in the mall or online. I was not finding what I was envisioning in my mind anywhere. That’s when I decided to try to contact a private jeweler and see if we could custom design something. I happened to reach out to Don kind of on a whim after driving by and seeing his store. I let him know the scenario and that we were in somewhat a tight window of five weeks to when I would need the jewelry by. He was very prompt and accommodating to get me into the store to talk about my ideas that I had. From the initial meeting, to picking out my diamonds, to my wax design, and finally to my final product, I could not be more ecstatic! He walked us through every step of the way. It was so exciting to see the vision come to life. Now my husband and I both have one of a kind pieces to cherish forever. I am truly thankful for Don and his craftsmanship.
