Anastasia was the one who did the piercings, and she was absolutely fantastic—so patient, gentle, and reassuring. She took the time to make sure we were completely comfortable with the placement and walked us through everything step by step. Thanks to her, it all went smoothly and we left feeling really confident and happy. Now I’m seriously considering going back to get my own ears pierce.

Service is top notch for whats in the case as well as custom work and their prices are spot on. Also, they have the sweetest Golden Retriever that hangs out and will get pets or give you space depending on your preference.

I would rate 5 stars if it wasnt for the other employee staring at me and my partner nearly the whole time. It made us really uncomfortable and unwelcomed, we left shortly after.

Abra was sooo nice and Lucas, who helped us up front, was so knowledgeable and friendly. As someone whose only piercing experience was the classic Claires nail guns at the age of 14, I cannot gush enough how much I loved getting my first piercings here. Definitely gonna be visiting over and over again. :)
