Josh Crouse Not so great experience so far dealing with FMJ. To start with the good: Ring selection in house is mediocre, HOWEVER Fred Meyer’s online selection was pretty decent, especially for low-mid priced engagement rings. Shipping was relatively quick considering the pandemic still jamming things up and the associates were very helpful when assisting in re-sizing. Here’s where things went south fast. After waiting almost three weeks for the ring to be resized, upon pickup the ring has two major defects. Out of the four prongs holding the stone in, a single prong is shaped incorrectly and is inconsistent looking with the other three. Secondly, the stone itself does not sit perfectly in line with the ring to the point where itself considerably noticeable. It’s these issues that made me return the ring on the spot to see if it could be fixed. I was told it could be up to another three weeks until I have the ring back to me. Paying upwards of 1.5K I would expect just a bit more attention to detail. I just want to propose to my girlfriend already.

Nicole Kalista Falon was amazing. I had been searching for a wedding bad with no luck. I had a design in mind but couldn’t find anyone that made anything close. I reached out to Falon with a design request and she was excited to work on something new. She explained the process in detail. She made sure to understand what I wanted and brought up different ring options and asked questions I hadn’t even thought about. She was also able to get them done in time for our ceremony, as we were cutting it close. My husband and I are in love with our wedding bands and I would absolutely work with her again.

born inbham Yeah wow!! Rude AVOID these people off putting dismissing employees that could careless if they get your business.. Shop local! Wanted us to just drop off grandmas ring with them without giving us a clue what it would cost to fix and no offer of stone options.. No thank you we will go to the jewelry store down by the water and Antonys Hearthfire. Unbelievably rude she just wanted her ring fixed and was ready to buy a diamond and you missed it!!!

Amy Mulhern I came in to upgrade my bridal set and Kylie was so patient with me as I browsed and changed my mind a few times, she ended up perfecting matching up a set for me that I feel in love with! I could not be happier with my new rings and I never felt rushed or like I was being an annoyance taking too long. Kylie is the sweetest and has a wonderful eye for styling jewelry to match no only other jewelry pieces but to the individual who is wearing it!

Triana Lantz We had a custom engagement ring made and I can even begin to tell you how amazing it turned out! Flawless! Beyond my wildest expectations, and I knew what it looked like from the cad drawings! Molly and her team were phenomenal to work with, so knowledgeable and helpful! I cant say enough about how wonderful my ring and this store is! I ended up with a necklace from them and Ill be getting another custom ring from them with my grandmothers sapphire! Absolute joy to work with and I am so in awe of how beautiful my ring came out!

Melinda Schultz I just received my order from Gwen and she is great! When I met her at DragonFlight, she didnt have lotion in the scent I wanted, so she offered to make it for me and ship it. I received it quickly, the product is great, and she even included an extra soap for free (of another scent Id liked at the con)!
