5 /5 Denny Mcwayne: I’m always checking out the local luxury watch dealers in our area, and one day, I was driving down Northup Way in Bellevue and noticed a new store. I did a U-turn and pulled up to Lords of Luxury! I was super excited as soon as I walked in and saw the great selection of watches and jewelry. A few months later I called and asked if they had a Batman in stock, they had sold the only one they had that morning. They quickly located another one and 3 days later I had it on my wrist! They are all very friendly and super helpful. I’ll be back for sure!

5 /5 Alisa Jeremica: Last week, while teaching, I accidentally smashed my hand with my sliding whiteboard. My wedding ring was compelled crushed. I took it to another jeweler to have it repaired. They quoted over a $1000 to fix my ring, told me it wasn’t worth repairing and tried to sell me a new one. Instead of buying a new ring, I brought my mangled wedding ring to Lord’s of Luxury. They were so kind and helpful. They reshaped my ring and even reset a stone that had come loose. When I tried to pay they refused my payment and sent me on my way. I am so grateful. I love this ring. I didn’t want a new one and now it is as good as new. Thank you so much for your compassion.

5 /5 Nick San Souci: I worked with Taylon completely remotely in MA to create my fiancée’s engagement ring and the entire process was incredible. From day one he was very knowledgeable and patient. He made everything feel easy and I could tell I was in good hands. The ring turned out absolutely perfect. My fiancée is obsessed with it and she gets so many compliments on it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more thoughtful jeweler. Taylon truly went above and beyond, highly recommend to everyone.

5 /5 Jamie W: Fantastic in every way! Fast, custom, well-priced, tailored experience. My partner and I came to Taylon just 2 months before our wedding. He showed my fiance all the different mens band thicknesses, metal color, bevel styles, and so on which really helped him narrow down what hes interested in. As for me, Taylon created a custom ring set for my heirloom diamond by showing me a number of styles for the engagement ring. Then I showed him inspiration photos for the wedding band and asked him to recreate it. Within just a few days he had plastic mockups 3D printed for me to try on of both rings. I was so glad we did this since my original idea did not look good on my finger at all and it helped me visualize the sizes better! We then spent 2.5 weeks iterating on the designs and doing new mockups every 2 days until I was happy. Taylon was super friendly and accommodating throughout. And I got to see the 3D CAD model rendering images before every plastic printing which was cool. And the pricing of everything was reasonable. Finally when the ring was made there was an error at the manufacturer that Taylon was quick to recognize and resolve at no cost to me. Being able to have my ring on my wedding day in time for my dad to walk me down the ailse before his dementia progresses further was so incredibly special. Taylon really cares about making his customers happy rather than his bottom line. This was not my experience at other jewelers we approached before him.
