Beyond my wildest expectations, and I knew what it looked like from the cad drawings! Molly and her team were phenomenal to work with, so knowledgeable and helpful! I cant say enough about how wonderful my ring and this store is! I ended up with a necklace from them and Ill be getting another custom ring from them with my grandmothers sapphire! Absolute joy to work with and I am so in awe of how beautiful my ring came out!

Molly and I had been talking for almost a year about my engagement ring, as I went back and forth with my design and choice of diamond and while we waited to be financially ready. She was nothing but kind and helpful the entire way even without a guarantee of my business. When it was time to order, everything moved so fast. She found a diamond almost instantly, created the CAD the same day and sent everything to production the minute she received the diamond. Now, it’s in its way to me!
