5 /5 Deb V: Love this store! So much fun and staffed with friendly people! Andi patiently helped me compare about ten white crystals. With her good feedback, I bought a 360° cluster on a stand. Placed it on a sideboard where it reflects light like a disco ball in the afternoon sun. This is my third crystal purchase, but theres always room for more! Thanks Andi, you deserve a raise!

I had a horrible day at work so getting my nose pierced was definitely a last minute decision and I was nervous but my piercer Ashlee was literally a ray of sunshine. She kept me calm, super nice and professional and she did an amazing job. Thank you so much my love!!!

5 /5 Tyler Kuber: I came in to get my tiny nipples pierced and I wasnt sure whether it could be done or not but KINSEY did a great job. Both sides were quick and I was in and out in no time at all. They provided instructions on how to take care of them during the healing process and overall Kinsey was very nice and accommodating. Shes a pro!

1 /5 Claira Rojas: My friend and I came in to get pierced and the girls who helped us out in the front were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question we had. While the piercings themselves were fine, the experience with Anna was disappointing. She came across as unfriendly and her tone felt cold, which really dampened what should have been an exciting experience for us. She could’ve been having a bad day which is understandable but little warmth and professionalism would have gone a long way, I hope this can be improved for future customers.

1 /5 Carlyann Note: Had my nose pierced April 12, 2025. My piercer was very nice! She said when I need to change, I can come back & will get help. 2nd week of June, the top part of my stud came off. I couldn’t put it back in because it hasnt been 3 months yet. I went in there, asked the cashier that I need help getting the stud piercing back in my nose & she literally said “I can’t help you” I tried to tell her & show her, that I can’t put the top part in, & she said “You can’t take that off in here. It’s against policy” So, I asked, “oh! What am I supposed to do then?” She said “I recommend a nose ring, but you might have to put it on outside of here, or at home.. I can’t help you.” I feel like maybe if I gotten the help I needed, my nose wouldn’t have this bump. I thought I was supposed to get help, but I didn’t. I wish I kept my receipts the first time I had my nose pierced in April. Now, I have a bump inside/outside of my nose. I wish I knew her name, but I for sure remember the face.
