Jodi McClain I have to take a moment to rave about my experience with Don. My husband and I decided somewhat last minute to renew our vows. It was something that we have been thinking about for a while and we knew we wanted to get new rings to exchange. We had looked all over at basically every jewelry store you can think of in the mall or online. I was not finding what I was envisioning in my mind anywhere. That’s when I decided to try to contact a private jeweler and see if we could custom design something. I happened to reach out to Don kind of on a whim after driving by and seeing his store. I let him know the scenario and that we were in somewhat a tight window of five weeks to when I would need the jewelry by. He was very prompt and accommodating to get me into the store to talk about my ideas that I had. From the initial meeting, to picking out my diamonds, to my wax design, and finally to my final product, I could not be more ecstatic! He walked us through every step of the way. It was so exciting to see the vision come to life. Now my husband and I both have one of a kind pieces to cherish forever. I am truly thankful for Don and his craftsmanship.

Renee Morrison Lovely store owned by a very nice lady. She has become unavailable due to health problems and can no longer keep the place open. She has no choice but to close up shop! Kaliane Oung My friends and I recently had a private event hosted by Social Chain. I had reached out to Mackenzie as we were having trouble confirming and finding a spot that would accommodate us. Mackenzie ended up helping organize our event and found a beautiful restaurant to host. The event was so much fun where we got to have dinner/drinks/permanent jewelry. This was our first time getting permanent jewelry and we are all obsessed. Thank you Mackenzie for hosting such a wondering evening and going above and beyond for us. We had such a great time!

Joshua Carcamo 10/10 I got provided with the best service, from their customer service, to the location, to the store presentation, their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable, I had them make my custom diamond prayer hands pendant bale bigger and solid since it was for my 6mm Miami Cuban it wouldn’t fit with the box lock (9.5mm) and the gold wire holding the bale together from the back was rather thin and I couldn’t get a piece of mind of that (the pendant was custom made else where). they did exactly what I asked for and delivered me a great finished product.
