I had multiple conversations in person and over the phone with Amy. JJ took the time to hear my needs and walk me through all my options. Rebecca Saxton Shout out to Claire, she was a wonderful consultant and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this business. I look forward to the day I can come here and design jewelry for myself :) My sister and I came in with a clear vision for what we wanted as a gift for our mom, Claire was very informative and thorough, helping us decide what gemstones/cuts/chains anchored?/and chain style. The price quoted was accurate, and the cost breakdown was laid out for us at the beginning. We put down a $250 deposit June 21, 4 days later we got the CAD rendering, approved the first iteration, paid 50% of the remaining balance cost, and August 22 we picked it up and paid the final 50%. $1250 in total for a silver bar necklace with synthetic emerald/peridot/sapphire, my sister and I are very happy with how our vision was executed and cant wait to share this with our mom

N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. She is a kind person and wants to help her customer. Stop by this location and ask for DAYA. She is the best. She is my go to from now on. Thank you again. I really appreciate you DAYA.

New I ordered a new bracelet today (5 baht) and I had a good experience shopping there.

Hannah Pyun I requested that the jeweler install a Moissanite stone into a custom ring I brought in. It turns out they had to elongate the prongs a bit before putting the stone in so the process was a bit more complicated than I expected, but they did a great job. They exhibited great customer service as well. I highly recommend Swissa Jewelers.

Stephanie G I had the worst time here. The girls act like they work at a high end jewelry store and so snobby, like pandora is only 1 step above the fantasy jewelry you get at Clair’s… when the manager pretty much forced this girl who was not doing anything to help me she actually scuffed and rolled her eyes as she looked at me. I bought a whole set up as a gift.mind you these toy charms cost on average 50 bucks. They girl ended up acting a bit nicer when she realized I didn’t have a budget. I honestly want to ask for the stupid bracelet back to return it. Shop elsewhere where they treat people with dignity.

Brittney Waterhouse I cannot recommend Lisa enough. She helped me re-structure some family jewelry that I inherited and then when I had a terrible experience with another jeweler for my custom engagement ring she came to my rescue. She is so kind and makes the process fun! I could tell she was just as excited as we were about the project and it filled me with so much peace. I will continue to use Lisa for jewelry projects as time moves forward. Thank you Lisa!!

t Richard and André always give me the best prices for gold, silver, stones or anything i bring in to their shop. i recommend visit them before anyone else
