The first time we went to look for engagement rings they hung out with us for over an hour as we looked at different styles to figure out what we liked. When my fiance went back to settle on a ring they decided to do custom. His experience blew us away. We have since gone back to figure out our wedding bands and decided to do a custom piece for his wedding ring which turned out perfect! They worked with us multiple times as I tried to decide on my wedding band. Never pressuring anything and were happy to help with all my ideas and looking again and again at their selection. We will now be lifetime supporters of Menashe!

They are punctual and greet and treat me with respect. They are very courteous and take the time to explain each transaction. I first met with the owner, Jaime, to explore selling some gold and to reset a gem. Later, I had the pleasure of working with Ashlen, who helped my daughter and me resize a necklace. Everything is handled by appointment, making the experience feel calm and personalized. The pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

M M Wow. I had visions of the ring I wanted to create for my girlfriend, and Bonaci took it to the next level. I shared my concept with them and within two weeks they had a few diamond options for me to review. I also wanted to design a band, but they found one that was already made that was exactly what I was envisioning. I will no doubt go back here for her and my wedding band!
