Jessica Symank I was amazed at how much jewelry the artist and shop owner has produced. I like small delicate and dainty jewelry and she has quite a bit as well as some other styles that feel to me like clean and simple. We had a lovely conversation and she was kind enough to make restaurant recommendations. I will definitely go back during my next visit to Langley.

Said Rashahid Came here with my mom to get her ring fixed. Everywhere else was talking about charging her $30–$150 and a weeklong wait time. They did it in about 30 seconds, for free! We will absolutely be coming back to them in the future for our jewelry purchases.

Katherine Gates This is the cutest little boutique in Lacey. Had this not popped up in my what’s new section in Google, I would have never found it! I had previously gone to boutique store in Olympia or Tacoma for items like this but no more! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a wide assortment of goods from knickknacks, jewelry, clothing, candles, books and more. They even have their own little wine club. Plus their shopping bags are just the cutest! The only thing I would like to see more of are local featured items. There may have been some but I think I was overwhelmed with the all the things that I missed it. Can’t wait to go back and check out more and see all of their seasonal items!

Jade Marie Scam artist! Wish we would have read the comments before making a purchase. My spouse bought me two rings for Christmas. The first one was white gold with an amethyst. Not even a week later the stone fell out. I don’t have a job that’s rough and take my rings off to do dishes etc. so the fact that it fell out within a week is ridiculous. Then when we read the comments this happened to someone else as well. They wouldnt do anything to help or replace the stone. The second ring is white gold, diamonds, and tanzanite. Well we were lead to believe it was a tanzanite but not even a month later and the stone is becoming clear/see through and most definitely not real. I’m not going to stand by though and do nothing. I’ve contacted the BBB, Westfield Mall (we’re they are located), and will go to the news if I have too. The fact that they are getting away with ripping people off infuriates me. We work hard for the things we purchase and want these things to be nice. At the very least last longer than a week!! I would recommend never stepping a foot in this jewelry store if you value your money.

Justin Hinh When I arrived at noon on a Thursday, this modern-looking store was crowded; 11 customers were waiting on two busy employees. I had to wait 20 minutes to check out, but I was surprised by what I found: an entire wall covered with Dansco and Vintage Whitman Bookshelf albums and folders. There were over 50 vintage Whitman bookshelf albums, hundreds of Whitman folders, and a shelf full of Danscos. I even found a custom Dansco album! All the customers were older, and I got the impression that the shop acquires many full albums from older collectors selling their coins. Since not many customers come in to buy albums, the shop has accumulated a ton of albums and folders. This place is a must-stop for coin album collectors.

Oksana Polwarth Got a beautiful engagement ring through Sarah who helped us out a lot, and Sandra was super helpful in letting me know about the diamond event. The team here really worked amazing to get me my perfect ring. Great quality diamond!

Cost Turc This is for Susan that’s I am a costumer also I wase there in the shop and I saw everything what happened, the owner wase so nice with her tryng to do a good discount for her a ring with Diamonds that hase the appraisal 7500$ he wase wanting to salle it for her at 4000$ with certificate and everything, and she finds stoped to talk for a wile and the owner wase asking her if she wants something cheaper than that, than to show her some other cheaper rings than she gate angry for no reason, iven by that the owner tryng to apologize with no fault at all anyway like bussines man have to talk nice he did it but the lady doesent stop to talk bad I wase tryng to talk iven with her but si talked bad iven to mee so this staf its always nice to the people and very helpful so we humans have to be more cind one to each others

Cecelia Linsley Almost two years after the center stone in my engagement ring became disengaged from the rest of the ring, I took it on Monday to Grahams Jewelers to have it repaired with a new stone. Mr. Nguyen found a perfect replacement stone in his supply and, when I asked if he could also resize the ring and my wedding ring, he assured me he could do anything. Two days later, I picked both rings up and theyre beautiful! I could tell that Mr. Nguyen could see how happy I was and that he was proud of his work. We found the price for the work and the stone to be very reasonable. I will definitely take any future jewelry repairs here!

MP So happy/delighted I stumbled upon this Ballard shop - they have the most gorgeous earrings Ive ever seen (no exaggeration), and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I bought three pairs and will be back.
