David Katsandres T. Anthony Jewelers did an amazing job for us! We worked with Andrea to design an engagement ring and wedding bands, and she was awesome. The emerald in our ring is stunning, and everything turned out just perfect. The attention to detail really made a difference. We also got a custom mens wedding band from them. The first version wasnt quite what we were looking for, but they were able to work with their vendor to have it modified for free, and it turned out perfect! Even though we moved an hour and a half away during the process, they were super accommodating, shipping the rings back and forth without charging us for it. They also took care of the appraisals and helped us navigate insurance. I would highly recommend T. Anthony Jewelers to anyone. They made the whole process stress-free and really fun. They made us feel well taken care of, and were super happy with our rings. Big thanks to Andrea and the whole team at T. Anthony Jewelers!

N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. s b Mars was AMAZING. Right from the beginning, she was friendly, warm, and super helpful. She offered to clean my heirloom wedding ring and my husband’s heirloom gold necklace. We expressed interest in adding more prongs to my wedding ring. Mars explained the process of sending my rings in, replacing a broken diamond, and getting my set appraised. Our experience with Mars today solidified our decision to move forward with Kay Jewelers for our future jeweler needs.

Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. He’s not only friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable and can tell every bit differences between a subtle change on similar models(I was comparing 3mm and 4mm). He also knows a lot about the brand and is passionate in the industry. Great shopping experience overall.
