Elizabeth Bear Brought my mom in to Twisted & Beautiful for her birthday and we both got our first (but definitely not the last) permanent jewelry. Anne was so wonderful! Walked us through how it works and our options. She was personable and friendly! We truly enjoyed our time! But our great experience didn’t stop there… I had some issues come up with my bracelet, and I contacted Anne right away. born inbham Wow this little store has earned The name Diamond key from a little store to an amazing lay out and selection for any budget!! We have had several repairs and purchased multiple necklace and been very happy. One necklace we bought broke within a week and they took care of us no questions no hesitation. Watch batteries and watch selections they have the best in town!! The crew they have working for them, really keeps us coming back!! Kristi is a rock star!!

Deb V Love this store! So much fun and staffed with friendly people! Andi patiently helped me compare about ten white crystals. With her good feedback, I bought a 360° cluster on a stand. Placed it on a sideboard where it reflects light like a disco ball in the afternoon sun. This is my third crystal purchase, but theres always room for more! Thanks Andi, you deserve a raise!

Johnny Findley Misty is an amazing person. Went to her shop and purchased some amazing stones and crystals. I came across a piece of vivianite from another shop. I asked if she was able to turn it into a pendant for me. She said she could. I told her I wanted to purify it first on my own since it needed it greatly. After I purified it, she put more loving, positive energy into it. I couldnt be any happier with her work. The copper wrap with the red leather cord truly brings out its radiance. With such an odd shaped chunk, she worked her magic. Misty has a customer for life. She is truly a gem.
