s b Mars was AMAZING. Right from the beginning, she was friendly, warm, and super helpful. She offered to clean my heirloom wedding ring and my husband’s heirloom gold necklace. We expressed interest in adding more prongs to my wedding ring. Mars explained the process of sending my rings in, replacing a broken diamond, and getting my set appraised. Our experience with Mars today solidified our decision to move forward with Kay Jewelers for our future jeweler needs.

They have a nice variety of watches ranging from G-Shock and Tissot in house and access to other brands upon request. My personal jeweler was Mx. Michelle Mensinger who was phenomenal and will have my business for years to come. Go see her and find the watch of your dreams.

I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
