William Aho I bought an awesome looking watch from Chad. Him and his salesperson were both easy to work with and not pushy. Ive had this watch for about a year and a half now and have gotten numerous compliments. I also work as a salesman and it has helped me to put out a more professional image.

Rose H The jewelry at this place was very unique and totally gorgeous. Brenda was super sweet to show us around and give us details on the products. Her customer service really went above and beyond. If you love nature style jewelry, dont pass this place up.

I’m just glad Patrice was working when I went in, I had only 6 days to get 2 enhancers for my wedding, and I’m not good at jewelry so my ring being a custom curve- it was difficult to find one. Patrice found me the perfect ones and also went out of her way to get them done well in advance of my big day. I also went and got them soldered after my wedding and was told they’d be ready in a week but was called the next day to pick up! The soldering was perfect, better than I expected. Very efficient, good prices, great customer service at this Fred Meyer jewelers

michael thomas Let me just say thank you to you guys for going above and beyond for me. I had a stainless steal necklace that was given to me by a student, as I am a boxing coach this meant a lot to me. The neckless in no way expensive, however it means a lot to me . My sons dog jumped up on me and his paw grabbed the necklace and a link in the chain broke. Fred Meyer jewelers in Kennewick went above and beyond to fix the necklace and they did it for free. I feel blessed as the necklace has sentimental value and is something I will keep forever. So again a giant thank you and if anyone needs a good jewelry store with great staff this is the one to go too..

Logan Silverberg First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

Maddie Priest Tumbleweed is a cute little store that sells a wide variety of stuff; jewelry, purses, eco-friendly bags, and a bunch of goofy and unique items. My favorites are their collection of silly socks(that are actually good quality and comfy!), stickers, and cards. It’s a great place to buy gifts, and my partner has amassed quite a collection of socks. The customer service is very good as well, and I’ve always had good experiences here. In my most recent visit, the guy at the register was especially friendly and attentive. However, my only issue is that it’s rather pricey… but I suppose that makes sense as it is a local small business.
