Not only was he attentive to our needs, but also patient and made sure we were happy with the piece we were leaving the store with. The buying process did not feel rushed and we were very satisfied with what we got! My family and I initially came into the store for one item but ended up leaving with five! The store has a broad range of styles from traditional to modern designs to cater to all ages. It was reassuring to hear the extensive background they share in the jewelry business and also gave me piece of mind as the customer that I am receiving good quality jewelry. Can’t wait to visit again!

Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. With a large collection of crystals and tools, the welcoming atmosphere fosters a sense of community and creativity. Its a must-visit spot for anyone seeking magical inspiration and weird finds!

jonna kopta I cant believe the effort Touchstone put into helping me repair my keepsake watch! It was my mothers watch, a precious gift with value beyond measure. Touchstone didnt give up, and they kept me informed throughout the repair process. I may be imagining things, but from start to finish, I felt like they wanted me to be wearing my mothers watch just as much did. Thank you, Touchstone Jewelers!

Chris A I absolutely love this place as it’s hands down my favorite shop in Olympia. Whenever family or friends visit from out of town I make sure to bring them here. This store offers something for everyone and everything is very reasonably priced. The owners are both real friendly and greet me every time I come in. It’s always a pleasure to visit this place and if you haven’t been yet I suggest you go!
