The seed bead selection is the best and best priced I’ve found. I make jewelry and buy lots of beads. The quality here is great - thanks!

Logan Silverberg First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

Hanz Atia I had the absolute best experience buying an engagement ring here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and really excited about the older rings they had to offer. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.

Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. renita linear Don’t go here. We went to get our jewelry looked at because we had a feeling the necklace was fake and it was!!! Bring a magnet with you! Only the piece was real but the chain wasn’t! Out of 600 bucks but better believe I am going to let everyone know about there bad business practices!!

Stacy Harrell Rick is the best. Ive bought several of his original pieces and take stuff up to repair. He doesnt do watch band replacement but said if I found one, hed put in on for me. He measured and told me the size and I ordered one from Amazon. Went up and he popped it on for me. Didnt wanna charge me. I insisted he get a cup of coffee at least...on me. Great guy and old school craftsman. Thanks buddy. Mickeys happy with his new band.
