Joshua Carcamo 10/10 I got provided with the best service, from their customer service, to the location, to the store presentation, their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable, I had them make my custom diamond prayer hands pendant bale bigger and solid since it was for my 6mm Miami Cuban it wouldn’t fit with the box lock (9.5mm) and the gold wire holding the bale together from the back was rather thin and I couldn’t get a piece of mind of that (the pendant was custom made else where). they did exactly what I asked for and delivered me a great finished product. (:

Laura Tipton I had a ring with a large stone that I tan over with my car! The stone came out and the prongs were completely smashed. I took it to another jeweler that I had previously used. The quote was $900 to repair it! I luckily took it in to Lorraine’s and he did a beautiful job and charged me $95. I was thrilled with the repair and the price!

Christine Omoto I found Brothers Jewelry through a google search and after reading their reviews, I decided to contact them about creating a wedding band. The process was initially intimidating because 1.) I’ve never had custom jewelry done before, 2.) it seems like an expensive endeavor, and 3.) I did not know if they really took on small projects like a simple wedding band. I didn’t want to waste their time or mine! The initial consultation was fast and I was left a little hesitant only because Scott seemed like he was very busy and there wasn’t any formal explanation of the process or any sketches done (things I guess I’ve heard are possibly conducted in the initial appointment?). I gave him pictures of what I wanted and he basically said, yup, I can do that. He was professional and gave a very reasonable price quote. Let me be clear and say that my intimidation and hesitation were self-induced and was just resultant of me being new to the whole process! I’m just trying to give a helpful, honest account of my experience for those who, like me, have no idea what to expect going into this sort of thing. Fast forward to the finish date, and Scott did an absolutely beautiful job on my wedding band and it is exactly what I wanted and had pictured in my mind. They finished on time and there was no surprises in the final cost either. I will definitely consider them again for any future custom projects. They are professionals and very good at what they do!

Kayla Colby Super professional and kind staff that helped me right away! I had to test a diamond to see if it was real and the lady tested it right in front of me super quickly. I was in and out in under 2 minutes, that’s my kind of service right there!

eazytrgt Recently went to get an engagement for my now fiancé. Staff was extremely helpful in meeting my needs. I had a quick turn around for getting an engagement ring that require shipping and assembly of the ring. The staff (particularly the manager) was extremely helpful in helping me get the ring in time and ensuring I stayed within my budget. Very thankful for the staff here!
