Kathleen OReilly I just received shipment of a custom made Ming China double-sided pendant from Andi Clarke Jewelry and couldnt be more thrilled! Andi was very patient answering my questions with prompt responses and great communication. She shared the history of the pottery shard, sent photos so I could choose my piece from her collection, and explained how various design elements could impact the cost. I love the finished piece and know I will enjoy wearing it for years to come. I would trust Andi with any custom design, be it for a special beach found piece of sea glass, pebble or shard as well as a sentimental piece of china. She has a gift for creating beautifully framed wearable treasures with well-crafted silversmithing accents. This is the second piece Ive bought from Andi, the other being an Oahu pendant listed on her website, and Im equally pleased with both. The pieces arrived carefully and beautifully packaged with a note detailing their origins. I cant recommend her business highly enough and plan to purchase more pieces from Andi in the future!

Dr. Tomesh L.Ac. DAOM Licensed Acupuncturist Wow. I wanted a necklace but it was already sold. Holly and her team made me a customized one. Holly picked out a similar pearl to compliment the lariat box chain. I have not even worn it a full 24 hours and Im getting so many compliments, letting people know about this amazing place. Great to support local woman owned business. I love pearls and Holly/team really show that. Pearls are definitely real and luxurious. Kind and caring team, I appreciate the time they took to taklk to me in person. Amazing hospitality.

Kim I was running late and got to the store about 5:20 pm and they closed at 6:00pm. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and I had quite a bit of stuff for her to look at. We got through part of it and I will be going back tomorrow to finish what I have. The staff was super friendly and I appreciated the security that they have for their store. Great experience and a wonderful staff. Keep up the good work!

Not only was he attentive to our needs, but also patient and made sure we were happy with the piece we were leaving the store with. The buying process did not feel rushed and we were very satisfied with what we got! My family and I initially came into the store for one item but ended up leaving with five! The store has a broad range of styles from traditional to modern designs to cater to all ages. It was reassuring to hear the extensive background they share in the jewelry business and also gave me piece of mind as the customer that I am receiving good quality jewelry. N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. Dior Phillips Called 30 minutes after they opened to schedule a piercing and I came in an hour later and within 20 minutes I was walking out extremely satisfied and happy with my experience. I had Ember as my piercer and they did an amazing job on my vertical labret. The entire piercing time was super quick and very professional. The placements they did were perfect and I felt very comfortable for my first time there. Adding on, I even felt very accommodated for, cared for, and respected with my decisions for my piercings by actually just everyone there. It was all in all a very amazing experience, and I definitely will be coming back in the future!
