Lymari Feliu Its been just over a week since i came here to get my eyebrow pierced. I admit i was nervous about getting it done at the mall but the experience was great and quick. I think my piercer was Heather (?) i dont fully remember but she was great. Talked me the through the whole process and gave me a rundown on healing. I dont typically heal well with certain metals and she didnt dismiss that like previous piercers elsewhere. She told me other jewelry options that might help and told me to come back and shed gladly switch them out but the healing has been smooth!

Logan Silverberg First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

Casey Younger Super pleased with our experience here! Id been in in the past to get jewelry swapped out for my cartilage piercings, but this was my first piercing experience at Silver Safari. I was looking for a place for my 7 year old to get her earlobes pierced that didnt entail a piercing gun or "gunless cartridge" (which is just the bit from inside the piercing gun operated by hand). A few weeks prior I took my daughter in so she could see the place and we could ask questions and see her piercing jewelry options. Then on 6/16/25 we came in on a Monday after school. My daughter was excited, but still nervous about the unknown. We got Amanda and she was AWESOME. Back in a private piercing room Amanda explained the process to my daughter and was patient as my daughter asked questions (not just talking past my daughter to me). Then during the piercing she still talked her through it, and brought in a second piercer to do both lobes at the same time. They were quick and professional and my daughter who freaks out in tears at the doctor with shots didnt even cry once! Within 10 seconds of the piercing she was totally calm. And she was thrilled when she saw herself in the mirror with pierced ears! And then again, Amanda patiently listed to my daughters aftercare questions too. We never felt rushed. And I can safely say they are great with kids too. Immediately after Amanda also did a conch piercing for me, which was also very smooth. It was about 45 minutes total from when we initially walked in and took a number to walking out with piercing complete. Its now 10 days later and both our piecers are looking great. My daughter was able to get the comfortable flat backs due to the needle piercing, and has not complained once about any pain in the healing process or during our daily cleaning. Her ears also have not looked red or irritated since piercing day. I would definitely recommend Silver Safari to any parents looking for a place to safely pierce their kids ears and have a positive experience. Thank you Amanda!!!!

Joshua Carcamo 10/10 I got provided with the best service, from their customer service, to the location, to the store presentation, their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable, I had them make my custom diamond prayer hands pendant bale bigger and solid since it was for my 6mm Miami Cuban it wouldn’t fit with the box lock (9.5mm) and the gold wire holding the bale together from the back was rather thin and I couldn’t get a piece of mind of that (the pendant was custom made else where). they did exactly what I asked for and delivered me a great finished product. (:
