1 /5 Richard Myer: My Wife called in a curbside order for me to pick up, I got the confirmation that it was ready. Went to the store try to do curbside, couldn’t get it to work tried calling the store nobody you can talk to called and connected with the department. Explain to the people that I was unable to connect with anybody. She said she was going to contact someone and my order would be out shortly 45 minutes later still nothing. I called her back, but no one answered. Tried the operator. No one available. Eventually a lady came out with the wrong package and acted like I was putting her out.. Then she went back into store and came out with the correct package and said the problem was it was never ordered curbside. I said that’s funny because I have the confirmation for the curbside order and that it is ready. What an outfit, pretty easy to see why they’re closing lots of their stores. I definitely won’t be back.

5 /5 Cheryl Allison: I didnt thinkJC Pennys was still in business because I moved to Washington from California and the Pennys stores in our county were out of business. The sales and clearance items were great and so much fun to poke around the store in search of something new. Cute clothes for all ages The only bad thing that happened was when my daughter was at the outside of the salon getting shampoo and conditioner. The sign said buy one get one for half off. She asked the sales lady if she could mix and match brands. Saleslady said "no" Then she said that one particular brand wasnt part of the sale and couldnt figure out why the sign was there. However; the sign included the brand that she was buying. Also nothing said you couldnt mix brands. The sales lady rang her up and acted like she was doing my daughter a big favor by giving her what the sign said she could have. Thats the biggest negative event. Otherwise the rest of the employees were kind and informative as well as patient

3 /5 Laurie Nesoff: Okay for a still surviving brick and mortar store but I just went in looking for a set of glasses for the dining table and they had none. Not the same old Target it used to be.

5 /5 Tales Cat (Amanda): I was late, and they were very gracious. They got me in, gave me good advice for hair-care, I got my hair cut and washed. I look great. Ill definitely be going back.

5 /5 Adele O: I always had a good experience at this location. The cashier at the return station is the best! She is always pleasant to talk to. There is often someone on the floor when help is needed, which is a plus. There is a large selection of hair care products on sale by the salon side that I was surprised to see as I never go to that side of the store. Ive been to several locations, but this one is my favorite because of the service.
